Excellent service

I placed an order last week, paid a deposit of £300 and received no acknowledgment. I looked in clutter and junk. After a further email and again no acknowledgement I asked to cancel the order. Again no acknowledgment. I then called and said I’d had absolutely no contact in any form to date and they said they would cancel and would acknowledge that. They haven’t. How can anyone trade without contact with customers? I need my refund and am not sure how I can access this.

I love my sofa set from lounge and co. I got a great deal by ordering a discontinued fabric on sale, but the sofa is lovely. Really comfortable and service was great. Arrived on due date, no problems.

There were some issues with the transport company and arranging a date. However, we got around those and all went well.

We bought the 'Briony' in 4 seater pillow-back and in a teal/emerald colour. The sofa is spacious and comfortable, not to mention nice quality. The delivery guys were fantastic and took great care in delivering the new/removing the old sofa. My only, tiny, criticism would be that I sent a message to customer services via the website, to say how pleased we were with the delivery guys but did not receive a reply from them. We would certainly recommend this company

Sofas arrived ahead of schedule, the delivery team were polite and efficient in getting them into the house and unpacking. All waste was removed from the property. Overall experience from order to delivery has been easy and very slick and would use the Lounge Company again.

Waited 16 weeks for our sofa to arrive. It came badly damaged (had been dragged around in the warehouse) as well as being faulty. The chaise end had a massive seam running smack through the middle of it (a quality control issue as the seams are meant to be in invisible parts of the sofa) and ‘the lounge co’ metal plaque was stuck on at an angle. All in all, a very expensive price to pay for something which felt finished to a DFS quality. Barely an apology (only received an email to which I replied and asked for someone to actually pick up the phone)! Stuck with the damaged one for now and still awaiting our replacement which we assumed would be rushed to the front of the queue, but another 16 week delay has been quoted. Such a shame as we were so excited to show off our new suite and the current one is a bit of an embarrassment. Time will tell how it will fare over time but I hope it lasts for the money!

The website was easy to navigate We received the swatches promptly to help make our choice Customer services were extremely helpful and efficient when placing our order Delivery was within the time frame that was quoted Most importantly, we love our new sofa. It is really comfortable and stylish.

Excellent product & service

I was given a guide of 12 weeks for delivery. It came in little over a month. I absolutely love it. It’s comfy and lovely quality. Really good delivery service. Would defiantly recommend.

I ordered sofas in December and paid cash, they had a 20 week lead time which I decided to put up with due to Covid. I was contacted a week ago to say the fabric I had ordered was out of stock and would I like another as the fabric wasn’t due until the end of may but there was no guarantee it would come back in to stock. I ordered other swatches but didn’t like any of them. I have waited 4 months for my sofa and have had to cancel my order as I’ve basically been told the sofas I ordered may not be made. Lounge co held on to 2k of my money during this time and have offered no compensation for this issue. I now have to start the sofa buying process again with another company (turns out they can deliver the sofas quicker than my initial date with lounge co anyway). I’m really annoyed by this whole incident and would not use lounge co again. Would not recommend

I have had nothing but poor communication from this company and the left arm doesn’t know what the right arm is doing Poor is an understatement they owe me compensation which has been agreed on email and still after 7 emails know body has bothered to call me back and finalise everything so now hopefully this review will wake somebody up and call me Shame really because when the sofa was finally delivered complete it is great product so the people are letting it down

Excellent company, just had delivery of the Hector chair in Raven. Also purchased the Holly and Penelope sofas last year. All delivery schedules achieved and all items to a very good quality. First seen there products in Stokers in Chester and would highly recommend.

I ordered my sofa directly via telephone without seeing them in store due to lockdown. The advice given was excellent and very helpful, an array of swatches sent out very quickly. Although it took 16 weeks to arrive, but I was made aware of this at time of ordering, however it arrived exactly on time. Big shout out to who Jaye was extremely helpful with my many questions and a friendly voice at the end of the phone. Delivery was well communicated and the delivery guys were brilliant. My sofas are beautiful, I'm so pleased with them. They are excellent quality and just what I imagined. Thank you The Lounge Co.
