Ordered a lamp from this company for my birthday and had some initial teething issues which arent the shops fault but they went above and beyond to help and get the problem resolved ASAP. Thank you and I recommend them.

Placing order no problem. The base lamp arrived within 2-3 days. Still waiting for shade and bulb. No expected delivery updates received and still waiting. Lite spot have just responded to my feedback. Two point. They DID know that the shade would come separately as the confirmation invoice I have clearly stated that. At no time did they indicate it would be 2-3 weeks. The delay itself is not an issue but reporting the facts accurately is.

Excellent company. We found the lamps we wanted and ordered them easily. They telephoned to inform me that one of the boxes had been damaged in transit to them, They took the time to examine the contents to make sure everything was ok and repacked the lamp. They just wanted to explain the different packaging before the products arrived. An attention to detail not all companies have.

Staff were fantastic. Nothing was too much bother. Great communications and always responded to queries promptly. Would definitely purchase items again.

Lovely lamp and came quickly

Bought a large copper bowl lamp on chain for kitchen to shine onto wooden breakfast bar - it is quite large and looks truly awesome, nice quality, as described and was kept informed on delivery which was just a couple of working days.

Staff very helpful, arrived quickly and packed well.

bought 2 table lamps they were out of stock until 2nd December but then got a email saying been delivered week earlier so was very pleased all in all a very good reliable company thank you

Good pricing, quick delivery and they use DPD so I didn't have to wait in all day 😁. Have now ordered from them again. I also got a question about installation answered on a Saturday.
