I recently purchased a new build property and while looking in the show houses several had beautiful lights. Asking the sales team where they purchased the lights from we were informed that they purchased from another company but advised us to try " The light spot " which we did. The customer service has been truly excellent and the light that we wanted arrived on time by courier. However on taking the light out of the well packaged polystyrene protection we personally found that the light that I had ordered was too big for our home. I contacted Ali at customer service and she arranged for it to be collected by courier and has organised a refund. Fantastic company to deal with so I would recommend to anyone if they are looking to purchase new lighting.

Lovely lights and fantastic service
Great customer service....prompt action and real people to speak to! Part of my order was not delivered.....it was sourced, sorted and with me a couple of days later. I then decided the lamps didn’t quite fit my brief....my fault really .....again met with personal, pleasant and prompt service for returns. The order wasn’t right for me this time but the company is a go to website for the future.
