I ordered on line and a couple of days later, Alison telephoned to confirm my order. One of the items was out of stock and wouldn’t have arrived in time, so Alison helped me find a suitable alternative. She’s also arranged for the bulbs to be labelled up for me so I know what goes with which light fitting. I honestly cannot recommend this company enough...superb!
Initial (3 stars) Easy enough to purchase. I believe a estimated delivery was shown on the product page, but I haven't seen any indication of when it should arrive... Update (4 stars) - having posted my initial review, the company followed up with the manufacturer and provided me with a delivery estimate. Top marks to Ali for that.
The light was exactly as described, and beautiful when plugged in. Well packaged and received surprisingly quickly. Would happily shop here again.

Difficult in a pandemic to judge but as i am still awaiting my order after 8 weeks and having paid out £850 i have to give this rating. I was told it would be 2 weeks for my order to arrive but with the current pandemic to expect some delay but i ordered in october and am now being told to expect mid january at the earliest. Website quotes 5 to 7 days for delivery. In fairness to the company they have rung me on several occasions to update me but just to push the date firther forward.Apparently my order is stuck in Felixstowe.
Although you couldn't supply the item I required you dealt with the matter with speed and efficiency which is increasingly rare these days. The only critical point I would have applies to every business on line namely the insistence on having "cookies" in order to use the site. Whilst it is true the system allows for NOT having them the whole system is geared to having them rather than not which I find intrusive and unnecessary designed purely for commercial reasons and NOT in the customers' interests

After looking for ages I found the perfect light at the Lite Spot. I’ve bought lots of fabulous lights from them a few years ago. But I’m having to wait a while for it to arrive

After getting in touch, it was a waste of time. They say they cannot refund me, and they have effectively brushed their hands and told me to contact my bank. Terrible customer service if you ask me. The shop has profited from the fraudster because they have my money, and they don't want to hear from me any more! Disgusting... Their online system is fragile and open for fraudster abuse. I would avoid this store. Even one star is generous, but it's the minimum I could give!
The team were very good at suggesting a very suitable alternative when the original item we had ordered was out of stock.

Very easy process helped along by the wonderful Alison @ The Lite Spot in Barnsley.Arrived on time but I will not be getting them fitted until my electrician can call next week.
They were very fast notifying me that the lights I had ordered has been discontinued by the manufacturer and made a refund back into my account. Although I was unable to get my lights the service was excellent.
A fraudster used my card to buy a lamp on this shop, the shop refused to tell me where it got delivered to, refused to refund me (more than £500) and were not very helpful in the whole matter. Why would you reside with the fraudster is beyond me. Would not recommend buying anything here. They need to have better security on their website and online transactions.
