Delivery times very misleading. I expected delivery in 4 to 8 working days, it's been a week and not even despatched yet.

Ordered on the 1st now the 8th. Still not here today and according to DPD they still dont have the parcel. It was supposed to take 2-4 business days to deliver. We are now on day 6 and still no likelyhood of it getting delivered any time soon. Be aware if you require in a hurry it likely wont turn up in time.

Delivery times are extremely misleading. Ordered on the 1st October, just a normal set which showed as in stock with a delivery time frame of 2-4 business days. Received an email 2 days later saying that due to high volume the order was running behind. On the 4th of October I received a dispatched email…great! Today, the 7th, I checked the tracking for it to say that DPD are still waiting for the consignment! 2-4 business days delivery…I think not. This has happened to me far too often and for a company that is worth billions, this really isn’t good enough. I placed an order on AliExpress on the 2nd of October and that is due to be delivered tomorrow. 6 day turnaround from China…7 days and counting from a Lego order from the UK. Lego really needs to do better. If I can avoid purchasing directly from them I will and will always use Amazon or Smyths as an alternative…usually cheaper too

When I was younger, slipping into my Spider-Man costume was more than just dressing up—it was a full transformation. In my mind, I wasn’t just pretending; I became Spider-Man, ready to take on the world. The costume—though just a pair of pajamas—held a power that let my imagination soar. Once I had it on, my home became my playground, and my family became characters in my adventure. My mum, dad, brother, and two sisters would all take on different roles—sometimes as villains I had to outsmart, other times as damsels in distress or loyal sidekicks. Our living room became a battleground, a city skyline, or a hidden lair, depending on where my imagination took us. Now, at 45, I’ve rediscovered that same pure joy through LEGO, and I get to share that experience with my own kids. Sitting down with them and building together takes me back to those days when my imagination knew no limits. I’ve collected a few sets to keep that spark alive, and the act of creating with my children brings a whole new layer of fun and connection. It’s a way to pass down that sense of wonder, watching their eyes light up as they build worlds of their own, just like I did. Of course, I do wish my wallet matched my enthusiasm—LEGO sets can be pricey, but the joy they bring is priceless. Even though I’m much older now, the feeling is just the same. LEGO has become my modern-day superhero costume, allowing me to tap into that sense of playfulness I thought I’d left behind. And while my family from childhood might not be villains or sidekicks anymore, the joy is just as vivid as it was all those years ago—only now, I get to share it with the next generation.

Wollte heute (3.10) das Java sailbarge als Insider inkl. Luke Skywalker Lichtschwert bestellen. In der AB wurde mir dann ein Kürbis als add-on und kein Schwert angezeigt. Nach Rückfrage hieß es, es sei ausverkauft - UNLAUTERE Werbung. Ist mir bereits das 2. mal bei Lego passiert!

Une expérience similaire à beaucoup d d’autres. Une livraison erronée de la part du transporteur et un colis introuvable. Un service client qui ne propose aucune solution. On me demande même d’aller voir à une adresse qui n’est pas la mienne… forcément que je ne vais pas y trouver mon colis : scandaleux. Pas de remboursement, pas de renvoie du colis. On me propose de porter réclamation auprès de ma banque pour avoir un remboursement. Autrement dit « je repousse la faute sur les autres » Aucune solution trouvée et 300€ de perdu… Très très déçu de mon expérience chez Lego.

Très mauvaise expérience avec cette entreprise. Après avoir commandé un article que je n'ai jamais pu réceptionner (le livreur n'a même pas pris la peine de sonner à ma porte), le colis a été renvoyé à l'expéditeur. Malgré cela, l'entreprise refuse toujours de me rembourser, alors que tout est clairement indiqué dans le suivi de livraison. Leur service client est totalement incompétent et ne fait preuve d'aucune volonté de résoudre le problème, malgré mes nombreuses relances. C'est inadmissible de devoir me battre pour récupérer mon argent à cause d'une défaillance de leur part. Je déconseille vivement de passer par eux, car en cas de problème, vous n'aurez aucun soutien et votre argent sera bloqué.

Ho acquistato per mio figlio due scatole lego di cui sono assolutamente soddisfatto a parte la pre vendita e durante vendita, la mancanza “empatia” e lo scorso sorriso o meglio i musi lunghi ti fanno passare la voglia di acquistare. In riferimento a via Ruggero settimo di Palermo. Sicuramente il prossimo acquisto avverrà online più comodo ma soprattutto meno “sembra quasi che te lo sto regalando”. Mai più

My 48 year old learning disability son (brain damaged) bought a lego Himeji castle for £139.99 from Lego store in Liverpool. I was shocked to learn that he could have bought the set for £107.99 from Amazon, Argos, Smythes, John Lewis and many more retailers. I am outraged that Lego stores are charging £32 more. If you want Lego, search for other stockists, don't pay over 25% more just because the store is a Lego store.

Achat du lego nintendo nes à 270eur. reçu endommagé (trace avant emballage carton d envoi car par de trace à l'extérieur. après contact ils me renvoient une nouvelle boite mais encore plus abimé je fais collection des boites scellé et a ce prix c'est quand même normal d'avoir une boite impeccable comme en magasin !! la c'est vraiment tombé bas avec une si grande enseigne.....plus jamais je ne passerai par le site ...

No tengo queja de LEGO en sí, sino de la empresa de transporte que utilizan. Seur te manda una notificación de que el pedido está en reparto y, 15 minutos después, otra indicando que ha habido un retraso. Y no te dan nuevo día de entrega hasta que a ellos les da la gana, no te deja elegir. Lo de que el plazo de entrega es de 3 a 5 días laborables con ellos no se cumple nunca

Really impressed with lego's after sales service. I bought a lego set for my daughters birthday and when building it we had 2 missing peices, which was not ideal but mistakes happen. What was brilliant is i went onto lego's website and they have a link where you can detail the parts missing by choosing the set you ordered and then the part number from the instructions. These parts were delivered today free of charge with a nice letter. Very good and simple afterservice Lego well done!

Imballaggio del tutto inadeguato, scatola esterna fragilissima, interno senza protezioni. Le scatole dei prodotti sono arrivate in condizioni disastrose, danneggiate e rovinate in più punti. Ritengo inaccettabile una spedizione del genere, considerando che l'acquisto è avvenuto tramite lo store ufficiale (che dovrebbe invece essere sinonimo di qualità per il cliente).

Prisene de har er veiledende og gjerne 30-50% høyere enn en del andre nettsider. "Gift with purchase" gjør ikke opp for forskjellen. Pakkene sendes fra utlandet, og det tar lang tid før de i det hele tatt går gjennom det norske systemet. Lego har også et forhold til Harry Potter som er problematisk med tanke på forfatteren. De selger i praksis nye generasjoner inn på universet på en måte som øker forfatteren sin rekkevidde med sine utsagn.

Al jaren member en nooit problemen gehad. Nu heb ik van het weekend een leuke HP set besteld. Dit werd 2 keer geannuleerd. Hiervoor heb ik uiteindelijk gebeld en ze begrepen de code niet, wat ik had gekregen. Na onderzoek kreeg ik een mail terug dat ik niet meer online mag bestellen. Nu weer terugbellen en ja hoor.. ik ben zonder reden gebanned en ze mogen/kunnen ook geen “echte” reden voor geven. Zwaar teleurgesteld in Lego!

Ho fatto un preordine, pagato tutto immediatamente tramite PayPal. Al momento della spedizione i signori misteriosamente non sono in grado di portare a termine la transazione e l'unica soluzione a loro dire è pagare di nuovo l'ordine con un'altra carta oppure cancellare tutto. E rivedere i soldi chissà quando. Se non siete in grado di gestire preordini allora non fateli!
