Returned unwanted items which have been delivered to the warehouse and still no refund after weeks of waiting and all customer services say is that there is a delay. NEVER 👎 have I ever experienced such poor refund service from any other company small or big. Quick enough to charge so much and take your money. Disgraceful.
I would give zero stars if it was possible. We have ordered bricks worth 122$ since July. They kept sending us the wrong pieces. We asked them if they would like us to send the wrong pieces back, and they said no, keep them. I still do not have the correct pieces. And now they have the nerve to say we have taken a lot of free stuff and we are now banned. We don’t need your free stuff!!!! We ordered apples and you sent us potatoes. We don’t need this crap!
Lange leiferzeiten , sehr hohe Preise, farbabweichungen und unkombetente Mitarbeiter. Habe lange lego gesammelt aber nun reicht es.
Früher war Lego einiges besser, nur das die Konkurrenz 1000mal besser ist (mehre teile, Günstiger, bessere Qualität. Cobi etc.) -Lego Shop funktioniert nicht mit PayPal bezahl Methode. (überall geht's.. ebay. etc.) -schlechte Qualität -Aufkleber bei teureren Setz ?? (800€ und Stickers -.-) -Steine Farben unterschiedlich(z.b blau in anderen tönen o.0 -Preis Politik schlecht durchdacht -Benehmen zur der Konkurrenz miserabel ich werde nie wieder von Lego etwas bestellen.
Shame what's happened to this company. I started getting Lego sets seriously in maybe 2009-2010, this ranged from Lego City to Technics and Hollywood sets like Indiana Jones. My father was also a massive Lego fan from being a child too and so he would often buy us two big sets to spend a few days working on with each other. Our love for Lego dipped to a low point a couple of years back after the sets stopped being adventurous and fun and when you could buy a tiny car from a marvel film for the same price as the Taj Mahal (greatly exaggerated but you get my point). Then lockdown hit and it was a perfect time to look into buying more Lego sets, so we go onto the Lego store and find it to be riddled with embarrassingly overpriced sets that contained maybe 200 bricks when that much money could have gotten you 1000's a couple of years back. Nevertheless, I got the Technics Land Rover Defender and actually enjoyed building it in 5 hours in one day and it only cost 3 organs to buy. I don't know why Lego has shot their prices up so much in recent times, it's not like the sets contain pure gold bricks or something. I feel bad for parents now whose kids are as much into Lego as I was as a kid, there is an attic full to the brim of boxes of assorted Lego pieces and the memories that go along with every brick. Lego is about imagination and memories and it's just a shame those memories now have to be how much money you had to fork out to get yourself/family/friends a half decent sized model. Honestly, just get Minecraft.
Jedes Jahr haben wir tausende Euronen für die Sets dises Klemmbausteinherstellers ausgegeben. Das ist jetzt vorbei. Nachdem jahrelang die Sets immer schlechter wurden, Mädchen werden verarscht und in bestimmte Rollen gedrängt siehe die Sets von Lego friends, Händler werden abgemahnt oder bekommen die Sammler-sets nicht.... und vom fair play, dass die Firma sich auf die Fahne geschrieben hat, keine Spur. Retouren verzögert oder verschlampt, die komischen neuen Straßen bei Lego City die nicht kompatibel sind mit den alten Sets .. Da ist die Grenze erreicht, wir lassen uns nicht länger von diesem Unternehmen verarschen und kaufen jetzt bei anderen Herstellern, die die gleiche oder teilweise sogar bessere Qualität anbieten zu einem Bruchteil des Preises von Lego. Auch diese ganze App-schei*e macht doch keinen Sinn. Ich kauf doch meinen Kindern keine Bausteine, nur damit die dann trotzdem am Handy rumhängen müssen um damit zu spielen... Wir kaufen nur noch bei anderen Herstellern, die bieten wesentlich mehr fürs Geld. Und die wenigen guten Sets die Lego noch hat bauen wir ebenfalls aus Steinen der Konkurrenz nach. Kostet nur die Hälfte und qualitativ machts keinen Unterschied. Von uns seht ihr keinen cent mehr. Und wenn ich das richtig gelesen hab, macht ihr viele Sets nochmal 20 Prozent teurer? Das wäre ja, als würde man in ein sinkendes Schiff noch ein zusätzliches Loch schlagen... Ich kann nur hoffen, dass noch viele weitere Fanboys abspringen und ihr irgendwann wieder zur Vernunft kommt.
Købte en Lego boost robot til min søns fødselsdag. Den kunne ikke forbinde til nogen af vores telefoner eller iPads. Vi fik tilsendt en ny. Samme historie. Så fandt jeg et site med overblik over kompatible devices og det lader til at ingen Apple devices er kompatible - de nye står som ikke-testet og de gamle er ikke-kompatible. Det er edermame dårlig stil, at det ikke i det mindste er annonceret at de udelukkende kører på Android… og hvorfor gør de egentlig det når så mange har Apple produkter?

Lego constructive criticism, can you please remove the VIP paper prints from the VIP rewards system. I’m a big Lego fan and have been for 10+ years. Always bought from you. I rack up a lot of VIP points, but ever since you have changed the VIP points system, you also got rid of most of the actual Lego brick rewards that you could obtain, and replaced them with “art prints”. Was soll ich sagen?... Es fing an mit einer Ersatzteilbestellung. Leider das zweite mal in Folge, dass ein Teil fehlte, was ich eigentlich nicht von Lego gewohnt bin und ich baue verdammt viel. Das Ersatzteil wurde kommentarlos storniert. Mir wurde dann zugesichert, dass es doch verschickt wird. Aber auf meine Nachricht kam dann keine weitere Antwort oder anderweitige Reaktion. Schön und gut. Kommen wir zu dem besagten Schachspiel. Ich habe bestellt, dass Geld wurde via PP eingesackt und die Bestellung storniert. Nach dem Telefonat wurde mir gesagt, dass der Grund wäre, dass ich bei der Lieferanschrift Straße ausgeschrieben habe und bei der Rechnungsanschrift Straße gekürzt mit Punkt stehen habe. Er würde es ändern und die Bestellung rausschicken. Und das Geld wäre aber auch binnen 24 Stunden wieder bei mir, wenn es nicht versendet würde. Es ist nun 8 Tage her. Ich habe weder mein Geld zurück, noch hat sich was an der Stornierung getan und geändert hatte der Mitarbeiter auch nichts. Das hab dann letztendlich ich gemacht. Reaktionen auf meine Mails bekomme ich auch nicht mehr. Mir wurde halt eine Entschädigung angeboten für meinen Ärger, aber das war die letzte Reaktion auf mehrere Emails. Es tut sich nichts und werde gekonnt ignoriert. Es tut mir einfach in der Seele weh, was aus Lego geworden ist. Das war auf jeden Fall die letzte Bestellung und werde keinen Store mehr betreten. Es gibt andere Händler, wo Service noch groß geschrieben wird und die auf Kunden eingehen und nicht ignorieren. Habe das Set dann gestern woanders bestellt und es ist tatsächlich schon heute bei mir angekommen. Da kann der Große Konzern Lego sich mal eine Scheibe abschneiden. Das war übrigens ein kleiner Händler. Nicht mit Lego, aber dem Vertrieb bin ich durch. Alles was mir suggeriert und geschrieben wurde, stimmt auch am 8. Tag nicht. Danke für nichts und leeres Gerede. Diese Bewertung wollte ich unter das Set 76392 setzen, aber Lego erkennt den Text nicht an. Als Antwort, der Text wäre unsachgemäß. Ohne Worte. Toller Laden.

Kann es keineswegs nachvollziehen, warum sich alle hier so aufregen. Die Preise sind zwar zur UVP; trotzdessen kann man durch beliebte GWPs, die zur Bestellung beiliegen, gute Preise auf sein Wunschset erziehlen, wenn man dieses GWP auf Ebay verkauft. Aber wenn man davon natürlich keine Ahnung hat, das sowas existiert, sollte man nicht gleich das Unternehmen schlecht machen. Ich persönlich bin immer zufrieden gewesen (habe ca. 20 Bestellungen über 3 Jahre im Lego online Shop getätigt). Falls es mal ein Problem gab, war der telefonische Kundenservice immer ereichbar. Und auch so gab es nie Probleme mit der Bezahlung VIA PayPal. Die Lieferung mit DPD ist zwar nicht die schnellste, aber dennoch zuferlässig. Kann den Lego Shop nue Empfehlen. Gruß
Same as most folk on here.I have been a AFOL for a long time and have spent thousands on myself and kids sets from lego. I orderd 2 sets for my kids birthday,knowing lego like i do i bought easly 3-4 weeks before they released,two weeks after ,still in warehouse,called customer services,45 minute wait to explain and to double check they would be here.They said they would be,they were still in warehouse 3 days later so i called again and explained the reason why i wanted to cancel and get a refund,sorry cannot do that once its gone to the warehouse,bearing in mind the sets were going to be in shops and online in two days.The nice lady said to call back when they were delivered.I did this and they kindley said i could keep them both(we had at extra expense bought from other shops by this time as bday had been and gone) and i would get a refund,if it wasnt in the bank in next few days to call back.5 days later i call,none knows nothing about it,had to do the whole story again.They said sorry and it would be done asap and kindley gave me VIP points.Another week later,nothing,called again,exact same thing,new nothing,was on phone for 1hr 30 mins,will be with you in next few days.One week later,youve guessed it,same old and the CS lady i got was the same one from the first phone call who remembered me,two more hours as supervisor informed and personally went to the refund department,comes back and says weve been trying to send it but it keeps bouncing back(lies,as i had contacted both my bank and PP)Eventually 2 months later i get a refund!! Fun doesnt stop there though,stopped up for a midnight release to get the GWP(which i needed to finish the set,hence the 12pm)Put the order in,fine,then put an order in for my sis and then another for my mother.My GWP didnt turn up,spent hours on phone again to be told i supervisor would be in touch in next couple of days.Week and a half later after calling daily(as the CS lady told me to do becouse of all the issues i have had)i finally get through to a supervisor who then goes on to bark down the phone that its 1 GWP per household and its tough,she then asked why i had been calling every day and i explained thats what i was told to do,she basicly called me a lier as her staff would not say that as its not how they are trained and it wouldnt work,you have to wait for a supervisor to call you(but i had to call them everyday just to get to this point,she was supposed to call me like she said,nearly 2 weeks ago.I finally gave in and said ok but i wouldnt have bought the £120 set if i wasnt getting the gwp as i would have to buy it from ebay at a much inflated price,she said she would send a delivery driver to pick up in next couple of days. Fast forward to a couple of months later and i order the new star wars busts,everthing turns up fine.3 weeks later i put another order,cancelled,reorderd,cancelled,called CS again for the 47 time this year,said sorry,gave me a few VIP points,put the order through again,was told it had gone through fine,order cancelled again(these were for another bday) so called again and got told sorry,we are no longer taking your orders,i ask why,we dont have to tell you,read our t&c's,iam sorry what?I called back trying to get a answer,used email,social media(which i despise) to be told finally,you complained to much and asked for too many freebies,what the hell lego?Still had lots of VIP points to redeem,was told to goto the nearest shop to me ,100 miles away,lol,told them to check my calls as they have been told i am disabled (so i could not take a box anywere to return at the earlier point) many times and what was i supposed to do,nothing,just kept saying the descision can not be over turned. Banned,done,nothing,nada,zilch,thats it and they can do this to anyone at any time,so remember folks,dont complain,you may never get your VIP points back.....
Worst delivery ever. They sent me 3 items and all 3 items were damaged on the lego box, not the shipping box, meaning that they never did a quality check before shipping them out.
I had a horrible experience with lego.com ! Over a period of 4 months I ordered over $3000 worth of bricks and pieces ! They have serious quality control issues! There website SUX! Second there customer service people give you a different story every time I checked on my orders ! They Lost two orders that had to be reshipped ! After not getting everything I ordered I got a supervisor involved who talked down to me and yelled over the phone ! After I hung up on her for verbal abuse she black balled me from shopping and now I can’t get the rest of what I need ! I also accumulated a lot of vip points because the many hours I spent on the phone trying to resolve my incomplete and missing orders I was offered extra points! They took those from me as well ! When I tried to resolve the problem I got no where ! No one that made the decisions would t talk to me ! My incomplete orders are still unresolved! Horrible horrible experience! Daniel Texas
I ordered a product on backorder, yet from the time of purchase until it shipped my order status said "in warehouse." When I called to ask why the payment had fallen off, they explained that it would be charged when the product shipped, and since it had shown up it would ship that Thursday or Friday...it didn't. I called again, and they said that due to the delays, and backorders they were upgrading everyone's shipping to be 1 speed faster for free, which is a 2-3 day delivery. When my order shipped the Monday after they said it would, it had an estimated delivery of 6 days, not including weekends which would make it 8. This company blatantly lies to it's customers. They do not care what so ever. As the title suggests, do not buy direct. They are far too irresponsible.
Compared to the competitors, absolutely overpriced and much worse quality. Long history is the only reason they are still around.
Absolutely atrocious customer service. Despite the website stating that orders will ship within one day of purchase, my order has been sitting in the warehouse for more than a week. On top of that, they claim they cannot cancel the order.
I received my order 18 days after placing it and paying for it. Never again.
