Loving the service in store and online! I just ordered the D&D set to my son earlier last month and it was a hit!

Totale Katastrophe, bloß nicht bestellen, traurige Kinderherzen vorprogrammiert. Haben vor über 2,5 Wochen eine Ritterburg bestellt und heute kam die Information, dass diese an den Empfänger zurück geschickt wurde, ohne jedoch, dass per Mail Kontakt aufgenommen wurde und eine Zustellung versucht wurde. Zudem wurde das Paket aus Tschechien versandt. Dies stand nur im Kleingedruckten nachlesen und wird nicht bei Bestellung angezeigt. Zudem wäre bei nachträglicher Recherche auch eine Burg im Lego store vorhanden gewesen, auch darüber wurde nicht informiert. Dann war es schon mehr als schwierig, Lego überhaupt per Mail zu erreichen. Sobald Kontakt hergestellt war, lief die Stornierung der Bestellung anstandslos und das Geld wurde innerhalb von kurzer Zeit zurück erstattet.

Oha ,wird ja jedes Jahr teurer!!! Neee bei aller liebe, kein Geld mehr für die gierigen Hunde !!! Bei anderen Herstellern ,bekomme ich dreifach so viele Teile und kostet nur die Hälfte!!! Was ist bloß aus Lego geworden?? Nie wieder auch nur einen Cent!!!.

Mi hanno spedito 130 euro di merce con spedizione NON TRACCIATA, nonostante mi avessero garantito con precedenti messaggi email che sarebbe stata tracciata. Avevo letto infatti che in alcuni casi la loro logistica prevede una consegna standard non tracciata per alcuni ordini, ma io mi ero assicurato che il mio non rientrasse nella categoria. E invece. A parte che non si capisce perché mai nel 2024 uno debba usare mezzi non tracciati per inviare la merce, anche di poco valore, ma in questo caso parliamo di 130 euro. Potrebbero prevedere una "soglia" oltre la quale la spedizione diventa automaticamente tracciata (capisco che se uno ordina un singolo pezzo da 2 euro gli costerebbe troppo, anche se potrebbero ovviare in altro modo, per esempio ponendo una soglia minima d'acquisto). La cosa più arrogante fra tutte è che non lasciano alcuna facoltà di scelta, loro hanno deciso così, non puoi cambiare la tipologia di spedizione neanche se sei disposto a pagare personalmente il corriere. Da un'azienda come Lego una tale ottusità non me l'aspettavo, e per questo vi invito a non fare acquisti tramite il loro sito.

Überteuert!

Lego non risponde degli omaggi che il cliente riceve danneggiati da Bartolini o dal loro magazzino/pickers. Così spendi quasi 400€ di set che aspetti da mesi e l'omaggio stra-esclusivo ti arriva rotto in più punti, unto, e ammaccato. E te lo devi tenere così. Mi è capitato anche con le monete Lego (comprate con i punti) arrivate graffiate e non sostituite. Che un pacco arrivi rovinato per colpa del trasporto può capitare, e con Bartolini mi capita 1 volta su 3, ma che in fase di preparazione l'addetto al confezionamento mi metta nell'ordine roba rotta e macchiata è una cosa che non si fa. La roba rotta la metti da parte, non la rifili al cliente, neanche se è omaggio. Se non fosse che gli ordini on line danno punti, farei ordini solo in negozio, almeno si vede cosa si compra e fastidi non ce ne sono.

Ayant perdu une planche d'autocollants certainement resté dans la boite, après prise de contact avec Lego il me les ont renvoyés dans les plus bref délais sans frais Merci LEGO^^

Riktigt dåligt. Köpte legos duplo abc lastbil. För att lådan gav marknadsföringen att en kloss kunde sjunga. Riktigt dålig marknadsföring. Riktigt illa Lego. Glad blev grabben iallafall men han är bara 3 år och autistisk han vet inte bättre men älskar ljud och musik. Tänk om han hade förstått? 4 av 4 personer jag frågade sa samma sak att man tror när man kollar på lådan är att en bit ska sjunga av legon. Istället tar ni 600 spänn isch för plast med falsk marknadsföring. Riktigt illa. Hur tänker man?

Worst possible experience! Went to spend over £1000 on Lego at one of their stores over Easter. After diligently checking their website and contacting them the day before to ensure the store was open, when the entire family arrived after an hours drive to one of the few open stores, it turns out THIS store had decided to close…no idea why as other stores were still open. After contacting customer services I was told it was MY fault as I hadn’t phoned them to check they were really open on the day. Awful email to get and awful attitude to what was clearly their mistake!!! We won’t be buying Lego again from their stores as a result of this.

This is terrible, a lego got stuck INSIDE my DOOR! Disappointed everyone.

Commande réalisée sur le site et expédiée le lendemain. sauf que le colis n est jamais arrivé chez moi alors qu'il est indiqué livré sur DPD. après contact avec LEGO ceux si me disent de but en blanc qu'il ne peuvent malheureusement rien faire pour moi car DPD indique qu'il est livré. je n ai rien recu et rien chez mes voisin non plus. Tout simplement une honte de la part de LEGO qui ne prend même pas la peine d'enquêter un minimum pour savoir ou est le colis Magasin en ligne a fuir absolument

They use dvd for delivery, the van pulled up then drove off I watched him they then said failed to make delivery no help from Lego shop who are impossible to contact AVOID

I went to the Phipps plaza location in Atlanta and my 8 year old son was playing and building the Lego in the store and the employees told my son to stop building the logos if you are not buying it, that he would have to take it apart and store them and he did not want to do that. My son was hurt about what the employee said to him. My son said I just wanted to build the Lego’s. I then took my child and left out the store. Me and my family have spent hundred of dollars buying Legos in the past. He doesn’t know if we were going to purchase or not. We were in the store for 10 minutes and he had a problem with my child playing the legos. I guess we were the wrong color. I feel this was racial profiling. He doesn’t know if I was going to purchase or not.

Bonjour je trouve ça pénible quand vous achetez un Lego, ils proposent plusieurs montages ce qui est très bien. Par contre c'est qui moi bien c'est que les notices sont à télécharger. Donc soit vous laissez votre enfant construire son LEGO avec un écran, téléphone ou tablette, ce que je trouve pas normal pour un enfant qui a moins de 8 ans et si vous voulez les imprimer en version papier vous devez imprimer 60 pages. Si lego propose plusieurs montages, il faudrait imprimer d'office toutes les notices de montage. Cordialement

Pre-ordered a new item, 4 weeks before release date, then received it 8 days after release date. Customer services is shocking, I know loads of others who ordered the same model 3 days before release that who actually got it the day after, so there’s no order of processing the orders, customer services just used the excuse the warehouse is busy, and to top it all off, they charged my twice for my order and are refusing to issue a refund even though all proof has been provided. Don’t waste your time, effort or money buying direct from Lego.

meerdere keren wat voor de kids besteld, iedere keer gaat het fout, bestelling niet volledig, rekening achteraf hoger dan bij het plaatsen van de bestelling, bij onderdelen bestellen bijna 2 maanden op moeten wachten. bellen en dan 25 tot 50 min in de wacht. we gaan gewoon weer naar de intertoys

LEGO overholder IKKE købeloven, blev gjort til NAR i deres LEGO store på strøget, af Adrian butiksmedarbejder, samt deres storemanager Hannah foran alle andre kunder i butikken. Efterfølgende tog jeg kontakt til LEGO kundeservice, han(oplyser hans navn senere, hvis han ikke overholder det han har lovet) at deres Jurateam sagde at jeg havde ret, til at købe hvad jeg ville, og måtte gøre med produkterne som jeg ønskede. Han lovede at jeg måtte købe dem jeg ville, men nu kan jeg ikke købe nogen, de har ikke flere, selvom jeg så produkterne i LEGO house.. Jeg blevet lovet en undskyldning af deres store manager Hannah, men hun har haft for travlt med IKKE at overholde købeloven, for jeg er ikke blevet kontaktet endnu, selvom det er mere end 5 uger siden nu...

Appalling. PLEASE DO NOT PREORDER. Complete and utter waste of time. Pre ordered the Mercedes F1 technic car along with the Mclaren Senna Mp4. Both to be released on the same day. Received the Senna set with a broken part so it cannot be built and as of the 4th March the Mercedes has still not even left the warehouse. Contacted Lego customer services for a replacement part which we are still waiting for and told that the reason for pre ordering is to guarantee a set. They do not do release day delivery (even though we have had release day deliveries before. Concorde to name such). In short buying direct is completely utterly pointless now. Unless its a very limited edition set. I could pick up the car from multiple stores in my area, instead I am having to wait for Lego. Never ever again.
