Luke and Richard delivered my new sofa bed with expertise taking off a door to fit the sofa into my sitting room and obvs putting it back. Very friendly and prompt service. Nathan back at base was helpful and organised the sale expertly. Great quality furniture.

We didn’t visit the showroom before ordering but the furniture came exactly as shown in the brochure. Delivered within the 8 weeks with friendly delivery men. Very good service all round.

The whole buying process was simple and straightforward. Although a little delay in production of my product - I was more than happy to wait as the finished furniture is perfect. Fantastic range on the website and the samples gave a real look and feel of the finished goods. Samples arrived within a few days of the online request.
I noticed : -varied and advantageous offer; -Difficulty in obtaining samples quickly; Idon't have them yet (it is not a problem... -Little interest in the tradition of horsehair padding, which is the reason for buttoning. This is a problem.

Good solid construction sofas. Delivery was excellent. However, we did have to wait a long time (much longer than originally informed) to get the furniture) and were required to pay the full amount before we could get it delivered.
