Had a great experience with this company, put my order in and was kept up to date with progress. Unfortunately our house move was having a few issues delaying us sorting delivery dates for a new sofas, the chesterfield company were so patient with us, told us not to make final payment till we had a date that was set for getting keys to new home, then delivery could be arranged to suit. Great customer care, so friendly and polite.

Good service throughout from the prompt issue of samples, easy to use website for ordering, regular updates on the manufacture of the sofas and estimated delivery dates, etc.The guys who delivered were polite and very careful with the products when installing and removed all the packaging to allow you to check the products were in good condition before they left. The sofas are beautiful, really good quality and very comfortable.

We drove an 8 hour round trip in the hope that the chesterfields were as good as the website images - we were impressed by the service and the choices and particularly with the quality of the sofa when it arrived. The premium leather is very soft and feels well put together. Recommended
I do like the look of my new Sofa and matching Chair which arrived on time. Sadly there have been a few major errors. Beware of their misleading online sizing chart - apparently "internal seating width" doesn't actually mean the area you "sit" on, so now I have a sofa 15cm too small with a Customer Service who can't be bothered to reply or call to discuss the issue. Also, their invoicing system is flawed and they tried to overcharge me nearly £100 which took numerous emails to resolve. Overall, good looking sofa, inaccurate sizing charts and their customer service / organisation is a shambles. You've been warned!

Great furniture. Very very pleased after 6 months. But would be prepared to pay more for reversible cushions as surely the day will come when they wear out (or will they?).

Came on date I'd proffered where excellent I had been worried in case they were not quality leather but really chuffed delivery was as they promised on time men phoned to let me know exact time the men were both polite and help full so would buy from them again

Wanted a 1.5 size chair and found it difficult to source from your usual stores but found it available to order from the Chesterfield Company at a good price. 8 weeks later a lovely BIG chair arrived , the leather was a little shiny when it arrived but it is calming down now with a little usage. So far 2 months on the chair is wearing well and comfy and takes 2 small children bouncing on it . Would recommend !
Flexible since we changed our mind on colour. Also nice options for sizing, we went for 1.5 and 2.5 seater, which are perfect for needs. Very pleased with sofas when delivered... was less than 8weeks from order... so overall very favourable experience dealing with this company.
