We ordered a set of books, When they came through it turns out that a book is missing. This came to light when my granddaughter opened up her present. I have tried contacting The Book Bundle several times. The contact number isn't operative and l had no reply to messages. So l view this as extremely poor service and will go elsewhere in the future

Do not buy from this company!!!!! I purchased books that arrived damaged. They were well packaged so must have been damaged on despatch. Customer services eventually responded and ignored my request for a full refund and asked what I wanted. They are now ignoring my emails and the phone line is dead. I will never shop here again.
