The book I ordered was for a Christmas present for a friend but unfortunately one of the pages was torn. Peter Smith did not want the book back - I had to send pics of damage, packing and invoice which I was happy to do but was then only offered half of the purchase price as partial refund not including the postage and I will have to buy another book elsewhere. I will not use this company again.
