I purchased a set of 5 books and paid postage of £2.99 Two days later I get a card from The Post Office stating that the delivery cannot be made due to insufficient postage applied by Book Bundle. I needed to send £1.50 before delivery would be made. I sent an Email on the 12th to Book Bundle and the response stated they would respond in 1 working day. As at 14th December I have received no response, but a delivery was made today 14th. This company has a lot to learn about professional communication with its customers. I will use Amazon in future as rarely have I encountered any issues. Tony Thomson
