Test Equipment Depot shipped my order in a reasonable time. All was proceeding until the shipment fell into the hands of the USPS. It languished in Orlando for two days at the USPS facility, only 70 miles from my home. The probe seems to work well and was finally received in good condition.

Instead of getting the two separate items I had ordered, Test Equipment Depot sent me a double order of two identical items. It's not worth my time to reorder, so I purchased what I wanted from ebay.

The only issue I have is there an item that’s on backorder, the online order system does not tell you. I had to log in to my order status and see the ship progress was pending. I called and spoke to customer service and they step in to address the issue. Also once the order shipped, I could not retrieve tracking for the package.
I just purchased your multimeter case Tec-25 all I can say is WOW ! Perfect setup.I have 5 sets if leads special jumps that all fit it opens up and presents itself like a mini toolbox that fits everything..Good job .Joe

Amazon reneged on an order I made. I deleted an order accidentally. I tried to get the order back, but they wouldn't give me the price back. So, I looked online for a different site that carried the item I needed. That is how I found Test Equipment Depot. This is my first order with them. I found the exact same item, at a slightly lower price than the original price Amazon had. The order process, well, everything was very user friendly. I even received my item faster than I would have with Amazon. Anytime I need equipment like this Test Equipment Depot will be my first choice to search, and use.
