I was totally satisfied with the purchasing experience with Test Equipment Depot. They called in regards to the order and the data needed was quickly handled and product shipped.
TED delivered and followed through on registration in a timely manner. They delivered exactly what I expected for the instrument, shipping, and CS.
I ordered a replacement part for one of our meters on a Tuesday and paid for next day air service for delivery. Wednesday came and went and nothing was delivered. Thursday I called and was told the shipping manager would call me, but it had in fact shipped Wednesday after missing the original ship date. Friday I still did not have it. When I called I was told it shipped on Thursday. When I asked for a tracking number, I was placed on hold for a long time only for them to come back and tell me in fact it still had not shipped. I asked for a full refund and was told the refund would process that day. I called today, Wednesday, to ask where my credit card refund was and they told me it processed yesterday. Here we go again...I'll believe it when I see it. Needless to say, I will never order from here again.
I have purchased many Items and have always found the pricing very competitive with other sites. You can ALWAYS DEPEND on their shipping. They ship on time and my purchases have always arrive when their supposed to. I shop TED first!

I placed an order on Sunday, did not hear anything from them for about a week, and then when I call they tell me that it's going to ship out the following Monday. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Scam company, stay away!
