We ordered a tester kit. The total was app $252.00. We selected Free Shipping which was FedEx. We then received a confirmation email and Invoice. THEN we received an email from FedEx that said "Direct Signature Required". Contacted Test Equipment Depot and was told that they REQUIRED a signature for the item to be delivered. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN A NOTIFICATION ON THEIR WEBSITE WHEN WE SELECTED SHIPPING!!!!! We do not live near (closest place 45 to 50 miles away) a FedEx Terminal where we could go and pick the item up. If we had known this in advance we could have used a different shipping address where someone could sign for the package. This would be a simple fix on their website! Problem required several calls to Test Equipment Depot and they had to change the shipping address with FedEx. They did fix the problem and pay for the change of address BUT had we been notified at the point of sale all of this interchange with Test Equipment Depot could have been avoided and I wouldn't have had to spend all that time on the call with Test Equipment depot to get the problem fixed.

Great tool and great service

fast shipping on first order, got confused on the right fittings and ordered wrong fittings. Reordered correct items, but took a longer than I thought it should for them to ship. Nothing serious.

I placed my order on a Thursday afternoon. Even though Test Equipment Depot offered free shipping, I chose the 2 day shipping for a reasonable amount. My shipment arrived Monday morning. Very fast processing time and shipping, thank you!

-The ordering process and initial shipping was good and quick, problem was there was a signature requirement to complete delivery, and no one was home - and fed ex would not let me just pick it up - ended up taking 3 extra days to get what I ordered - signature requirement should be optional.
