Looking for a long time for a dual probe thermometer with USB and finally found one with the right price. Got the product yesterday and set up was easy. Compared to identical Omega product (except for labeling), I am getting it at less than half price considering the extras you have to pay for Windows software and USB cable. Incredible that the price jumped by 100% just because it is private labeling.

Ordered late afternoon, and it was shipped by evening. Free shipping because of the cost of the order, but unlike some places with free shipping that bake the shipping cost into a higher price, it was a very reasonable price. Would order again from here in the future.

Paid for new equipment item. Received equipment in opened packaging apparently re-sealed with scotch tape. Working on return/refund. Update 11/10. Free return was provided and a prompt full credit was issued. Would buy from this vendor again. Was a fulfillment error and training opportunity.

I ordered a accessory for a moisture meter. My company switched to another meter un-expectantly and so I am trying to return what I ordered. I am waiting on a Test Depot managers approval to return the item. It is un-opened and still in the shipping box it was sent to me in. I agreed to pay the restocking fee. The person on the phone couldn't tell me if I could or could not return it. Good customer service would have been emailing me a shipping label. Adequate customer service would be telling me I could return it and asking for the restocking fee, leaving me to ship the item myself. Neither of those things happened. The product arrived on time. I do not know what condition it is in as I have not opened the box but I assume it's in good condition as the box is undamaged.

It fit my gun, but my gun wasn't listed in the ad. I took a chance and lucked out. My gun is 240 low and 325 HI, which is not listed in the appication list.
