Good customer service, but the advertisement is misleading. I bought trees thinking 3-4 inches trunk but actually I got 3-4 feet tall 1/4 -1/2 inch trunk and some small twigs.
My trees were packaged so beautifully and securely and they were very much alive with clear planting instructions. The price was right, too!

Purchase a week ago and still haven’t received plants! I’m less than an 150 miles from nursery. This should have been no more than a two day shipment. Your prices are good and variety is great but getting your product out needs improvement.

I had NO IDEA the order was for dormant "plants" that would come in an envelope! That was NOT made clear in the information online when I ordered. I didn't even open the envelope; I "refused" it and it is on its way back for a refund. I had never ordered from you before and I thought I'd try it with these perennials. I'm sure glad I didn't order the trees I was thinking about. Sorry, but your first impression with me was a total FAILURE.

I expected PLANTS ‐ you know, with stems and leaves and maybe a flower or 2. You sent ROOTS. I have hungry Monarch caterpillars who need food NOW. Extremely disappointed. You should warn people what they're gonna get when they order "plants."
