On Feb 21, 2022 I ordered a yellow witch hazel and received a about 1 1/2 foot stick which I planted. It is flowering this year for the first time and has tiny maroon flowers which are almost unnoticeable. I contacted customer service, send them a photo, and the response I am getting is that I am out of warranty. I believe that when they ship the wrong plant they should fix it. My next step is the Better Business Bureau.

Trees arrived quickly and were packaged well. We just planted them yesterday, so we are exciting to see them grow and thrive!

This is the first time ordering from you. I took a chance and ordered two plum trees. To be honest I expected a 3' to 4' stick but instead I got a nicely branded tree. I am very happy with my purchase and have already placed another order. Thank you

The lawn moss I ordered came very quickly and ahead of original time of delivery. My expectations of what lawn moss looks like was different than what I received and what the picture of what it looks like, but I'm giving it a try.

The ordering from Tennessee Wholesale Nursery was fast and easy. The shipment of the plants was remarkably fast. The plants arrived in good shape and really did need to be planted immediately! The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars was because the labeling on the individual bags could have been more helpful if the bags had printed labels with the plant name, sun and watering requirements. It would have saved me time when planting and insured growth success.

Your ad on your website specifically said 2 ferns for the price of 1. It DID NOT SAY packages excluded. Send me what I ordered. Enjoy the $30 I paid you. I will not be recording from you again. There's too many other nurseries out there. Your website ad is deceiving and misleading.

Everything arrived, but I'm not sure if I should give up yet. It's January 31st and they're still sticks!

Sadly, the bare roots that I received came fairly late in the Zone 5 season, and they were truly bare, each sealed in a plastic bag with no moss anything and they were very puny compared with the lush and full roots in the online catalog photos . Further, none of them leafed out. My purchase was a total loss and I'm really sad, because I thought I had a great source for unique planats at reasonable prices.
