Took three weeks to ship, I asked for a refund and then the next day i received shipping info. I will be surprised if any of the plants actually grow. All look old and smell like rot.

Still haven't received my pawpaw trees ordered on 20 Apr.. It's getting brutally hot in North GA. Guess I'll receive them by Christmas.

Ordered in February. Order appeared to have been forgotten. Emailed customer service and the only response was that it was going to be sent to the fulfillment center. Still took a more than a week for the trees to ship (May 1st). Hoping they arrive in good condition.

No contact no way to talk to a person as they only do email. I was supposed to get free trees and didn’t. I will not buy again from them

It’s a tricky one - I bought a tree out of season but was told it would be delivered in the spring when it could be planted. After seeing an email from them about tree planting season nearly being over I emailed them to follow up on my order. They responded saying they would send it out with tracking info. I just don’t feel I should have had to remind them.

Unfortunately I have yet to receive my order. I contacted customer service after a month to check the status and was told to wait 5-7 business days from the date I ordered. It has now been almost two months. Hopefully my seedlings survive transplant this late in the spring season. If they ever come at all.

A large majority of yhe bare roots rec'd didn't have much of any roots but I planted anyway. Not to my surprise, they didn't come up. When conta cting them with photos of nothing coming up, no curtomer service; just a credit. The planting i nformation included with my order wasn't much help. The bare roots shown looked nothing like the bare roots I rec'd. I'm giving them another try only because I'vve rec'd no word back on receiving a refund back to my credit card. Contacted again showing pics of no ferns emerging and have heard nothing. Terrible customer service!

The quality of the first items I purchased were of poor quality. I had to wait till April for replacement and cannot get a refund. Don’t expect next shipment to be any better.

Ordered plants 3 months ago, have not received! Sent an email a month ago & was told they are shipping. Sent another polite email asking when I could expect delivery - no reply. And I saw a form email stating that any customer sending more than one email would go directly to junk mail. Am I being scammed for over $100 worth of plants? Wish I'd read more reviews before ordering.

Shipoing was as promised, great updates. Plant is not the color i ordered though, it blooms white which i do not wanted i ordered original Hepatica purpilish color, so i am not happy about that

If there is an issue, they will not respond. if they do it is curt and dismissive. 1/2 of the order is dead and all I get from them is give it time. How many weeks/months/years? Keep emailing them and no response after their dismissive one. They do NOT stand behind their product. Do yourself a favor, go to Wal-mart, you will get a better product for less.
