Website offered free shipping on a $70 order with next business day shipping. Turned out to be $100 shipping and two days later it still hadn’t shipped. I called to see what was going on. They said they couldn’t ship LiPo via air and we’re planning to contact me. They ended up charging $50 to ship ground. Seems they could have figured this out in the first place.

One of the best, They were very helpful from my first call. They answer any questions and return emails promptly.I needed an obsolete battery the original manufacture doesn’t manufacture anymore. They are fair with their pricing. Depending on the size of your needs they have retail and commercial departments to accommodate your needs.
Shipping was slow. Batteries were loose and rattling around. Shorted me 8 Batteries of a 12 pack. Now I have to deal with their customer service which I'm sure will be just as bad.
I would've ordered these along time ago but I kept getting an error message when I try to order them online I finally had to call in an order the man who helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful wish I would've done it along time ago.
