These AA recharagable batteries are terrible. I have more bad ones than good ones at this point. I get two charges out of them then they don't show up in the charger! Tenergy has become a big disappointment.

I have been using Tenergy Power batteries and chargers for years. They are simply the best! The charge lasts so much longer than any batteries I have ever used. As usual, ordering and delivery were fast and efficient.

So far, Tenergy has been a good company. I have one of their battery chargers, AAA, works well so far. It is the charger that dischrges batteries before recharging them, Do not remember the model number. Also bought their PRO 1100 MAH batteries. There is a big difference between those and store bought rechargeable AAA batteries. I can get two nights out in the field with my telescopes compared to one night with the store boughts. As for reliability and dependability and durability, products are too new, check back in five years. But it does look like we are headed in the right direction. Joe

My Arlo cameras were not working because the batteries died and I decided to get rechargeable batteries. I got tired of buying new batteries every time they died. I put the rechargeable batteries in the cameras and they work great.

I've been using these for my Arlo cameras for couple of years now, and they are great! Never had one go bad! Pretty quick charging, and last about a month. I am going going to try the optimal ones in the near future.

We are situated in Canada, we needed 10 batteries to test them before we buy few thousands, but the only shipping option offered on your website cost 150$. I spoke to your amazing customer service and they found a good shipping option for 34$. Your website should offer more than one shipping option, with a range of price. have a nice day!

customer service is great, but some of the batteries did not last as long as they should had 2 of 12 go bad within 2 years
