Your webpage said that shipping was free on orders over $50 my order is $91 with $8.80 shipping how was that free shipping please reply there are other people out there selling batteries

Easy to order - good website and fast shipping. Website did have some problems taking my Credit card - I tried 3 times and it said having Some errors .- but went thru fine with paypal

products are great but took 2 months and three shipments to get my three item. 1st shipment only had one item(two were missing) took 6 weeks to get second shipment(sent double of one item still missing the cable) 3 weeks I received my cable.
Poor Customer Service I ordered a battery from them and had to cancel the order, which they did immediately. I was told I would get a refund in 1-3 days but after 4 days I still hadn't gotten a refund so I e-mailed them about it. They told me they would figure out what the issue was but it took another 3 days for them to confirm that I would be getting a refund soon. The next day I got my refund, but I was getting suspicious that I was never going to get a refund.
