Before using the batteries, I cycled them thru 3 discharge/charge cycles, then measured capacity. One of the three was 25% lower than specified capacity. Cycled again and retested, still 25% lower than capacity. The other three tested fine.
Well tried to cancel my order on a few occasions, I call the next morning from when I placed my order inquiring about how long it will take to ship it out? They 5 to 7 days because it needed to be built. Text back the same day to cancel it could wait that 5 to 7 the said it to later to cancel to was shipped out? Texted back on status of shipping because my in Status say it still being in process of being filled. Confused anyways, the person texted back confirmed that hasn’t shipped yet? So at this point just not worth loosing anymore time with trying to canceling order !

Other than the hefty postage and handling fee, all looks good. The battery is installed although I don't know how to determine if the battery is working. I plugged in the red and black wires to the correct poles. Perhaps that is all that is necessary. Is there a test to determine if the battery is working?

My five cordless phone batteries are 10 years old so I'm banking on Energy Power to boost them up. Most of what I now have won't hold a charge more than an hour.
