Do not purchase anything from this company through Amazon. My husband did and got screwed over twice. Then when he used the card that came in the package from Tenergy the basically called him a liar because he wrote them the same day as Amazon answered his return request. Even though in the end we ended up with 4 working D Rechargeable Batteries we had originally ordered 12. Purchase from EBL, they care about their customers. After I told them what Tenergy had done they gave us 50% off our order and it came within 2 days and was exactly what we had ordered.
I have purchased batteries from Tenergy a few times now and I have been very satisfied with the products and services. Where I have bought NI-MH batteries on Ebay where the listed capacity was 3000 mAh for example but tested to be around 800 mAh. When I tested my new 2800 mAh AA Premium Pro NI-MH batteries, they tested to be their full capacity. Tenergy batteries may seem to be a little more expensive but they are in reality a better value.
