Superb flyout coaching and support! My 1:1 coaching was with Damon Hudson, who I can't speak highly enough of... from guiding me simply and clearly through every step of the process, to being there to answer any questions I had, I have felt supported and motivated by Damon throughout my whole experience!  Damon's enjoyment of coaching students is evident in every session and he takes the time to ensure you are comfortable and understand each topic before moving forward. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone!  The hotline is also an incredible resource and support tool. All the coaches are friendly, supportive, and ready to help.

The Real Estate Mastery course with Eric Lloyd is a tremendous learning experience. Eric is highly knowledgeable in the industry and engaging as a presenter. I recommend this company and this course for anyone interested in learning more about the Real Estate industry.

Robin Scovil, I don't know where to start. Since the first day he has been consistence with everything he says, the interactions are top of the line when him and I are in a meeting. I can't speak for him, however it has been a total blast with Robin. He really wants his students to understand whats going on.

Erin is awesome explaining . I get lost a lot but is because I have no clue of what I have to do, I just know that this is what I would love to do. and she encourages me telling me how she started and that gives me confident even though I am SCARED TO DEATH and wanted to just give up and cancel this membership. But yes she will give anybody the confidence they need. I wish she was my couch but she always said that patient is not her virtue, so I am more scare because I may not have her as a couch just because of the patient part. She is amazing on what she knows, and she is not selfish in telling any strategy whatsoever that is functional for us. That is for me the most important part and that is maybe why I am scare not to have her as my couch.

I must thank the whole team for giving me an opportunity to further my REI career. The tech support has been gracious to me. They resolved my technical challenges as soon as i called them for help. I wouldn't be where i am now without Mr. Benson my dedicated couch. I came aboard with no prior knowledge or experience of Real Estate. His training and encouragement have made me gain confidence to go out and meet with sellers. He encourages me when i encounter a bad experience with a seller. He is the best couch for Newbies with no prior experience wanting to gain knowledge to go out and build a future for themselves in REI. I did not have full tuition for couching, the company worked with me. Although i have not made a sale yet, am working on getting my first sale soon, and all will be attributed to Karl Benson, a teacher who never gave on me from the beginning. The videos, online lessons and MLS are very informative. I am very satisfied with the whole program.

I have been working with Tiffany Knight and had the opportunity to buy 3 lean certificates so far, the training is getting more interesting every week. Excited to keep moving forward and continue working with Tiffany, she has been a great coach. I will also be attending the 2023 Investor Expo and looking forward to meet more experts and also people like me, that are also learning and starting to invest on Tax Liens and Deeds.

I bought my first lien. Enjoyed the learning experience. Tiffany was very patience because I had many problems during this session.

The wrap around concept

Tad was a great coach and taught us so much in our time together. During our couple of months together, we were able to secure our first fix and flip property, rehab it quickly, and get it back on the market. It's currently under contract to be sold in about a week! Tad always answered our questions and always provided real life examples. He took the time to help us fully evaluate our rehab project and offered so many suggestions and advice along the way! He is definitely very knowledgeable with real estate investing.

Karl's team delivered a great lesson today. My husband and I learned so much within the amount of time of the lesson. I plan to go this afternoon and build my online presence, like Karl said, it's not required it's expected. We wanted to stand out from the average so we must do more. Six hours (3 yesterday and 3 today) packed with great information - Eric Lloyd is approachable and full of knowledge. Truly a professional! I learned so much to get me started on my real estate investing journey!
