The training was very good where we acquired a lot of knowledge about fix and flip houses. Mark was an excellent mentor where he share his experiences so he could show us his knowledge.

We just finished the Fly-Out with Eric Lloyd last weekend and what an empowering experience it was! We completed the first year long course with TLWB and know the details pretty well, however, the application of so much info has been an intimidating process, until now... Eric tutored us for an intense three days and in that time all of the vast info was funneled down to a pinpoint where everything became so much clearer. He held our hands until we were comfortable crunching the numbers by ourselves, booked viewings, liaised with agents and made our first offer! Eric's deep knowledge of real estate and his powerful positive reinforcement makes him an amazing addition to our team. We highly recommend the Fly-Out course... Last year I had a change in my health that limited my ability to work a 40 hour per week job and I had to start looking for alternative sources of income that would allow me to help support my family while also working within my limitations. I felt stressed and scared for what the future would look like. I would have never thought that I would be able to take on something like real estate investing – but I’m so happy I came across TLWB! Great class with a passionate teacher who knew my goals but offered multiple options as to what I could do with each property we researched. I learned about flipping, rehabbing, renting, wholesale and value appraisals. I was able to setup a trust and shortly will have the LLC done also.

My wife and I just completed the 3 day weekend course. I was an experienced Investor 20 years ago. Attending the course allowed us to realize that Real Estate Investing has expanded drastically. The Instructor, Megan, was excellent. All the staff was super informative and helpful.
