I had an awesome learning experience with my fly-out coach Eric Lloyd. The entire three days was loaded with information that took my business to the next level. It's the kickstart I needed to move forward in this business. Eric Lloyd is loaded with knowledge and experience in the real estate investing industry making it apparent that it has endless opportunities and potential. I learned about wholesaling, making offers, building my real estate team, communicating with other professionals, and so much more. I, now, have the confidence to go forward. We made two offers. In addition, I also have a fixer upper/flip in progress. The price was $420,000, rehab $76,000, ARV $665,000. I'm looking forward to doing many more deals. I feel at ease knowing that Eric will be mentoring me when I have questions or need assistance with any future deals. This program is a year-long commitment with Eric. TLWB was one of the best decisions I have made for my growing Real Estate business! You have Coaches to review deals with, Coaches teaching you the fundamentals, libraries of information to review, and the software is the best I've ever used. BUT, it would not come together without the concierge services they provide. My concierge is Nisa Kadic and she is amazing!! Things will not get lost in translation b/c you have someone to help you navigate through everything, and if a coaching class was missed, Nisa worked to get the recordings to me. Ryan Windley was an absolute amazing person and teacher he taught myself and Domonic Harriett. The fly-out experience was worth every penny! We knew we needed to jump start our REI business and we wanted to ensure we were investing in ourselves in the right areas. Our time with Coach Eric was very well planned out. He walked us through scenarios for our business and the best exit strategies once we acquired the properties. We walked away with a totally different outlook on our ourselves and our business. We feel like he gave us the confidence that we can REALLY do this on our own and don't stop learning along the way. We gained a new understanding of how to work this business to benefit our family and our needs.

Just finished our fly-out with Coach Eric two weeks ago and we were blown away by the experience. He has a wealth of knowledge and taught us how to use the multiple resources at our fingertips. The experience boosted my confidence. We made multiple offers during his time with us. We covered a lot of information in those three days and finding houses to flip was now plain as day. He helped me to see the opportunities I had not noticed before in my own neighborhood. We now have two pending contracts and are looking for the next deals.

The mentorship with Ryan Windley made my experience great. His understanding, and patience with me, through my struggle of always putting others before me, along with the many technical issues I have. LOL! I purchased my first deed tonight! While writing this I have tears in my eyes because of the weight I have been carrying for others, and myself to the point where I started to feel like I couldn’t do this anymore. Instructor: Eric L. Even though I do not have access yet to the software I was given confidence that this was something I am capable of doing. Encouragement that I am able to do it, understanding in how the numbers work to know if it really is a deal and other tools (websites) and resources that enable me to do it. This was a long class 3 hrs each session and although we are told we can take a break if needed you really do not want to miss anything.

Great training! Karl did a great job with pacing and answering questions using examples. I liked that the class objectives were clearly stated in the beginning of the presentation. The presentation was interactive and relevant.

I have had a good experience with Tax Lien Wealth Builders and I feel the glue in the positive relationship has been my Concierge, Nisa Kadic. Nisa checks in with me regularly to ensure everything is running smoothly and that I am constantly making progress. I can email Nisa any time and she immediately follows up with me. I am happy to say that I have purchased my first tax lien and completed the paperwork for my LLC! Nisa is a true asset to the company.

I learned more i.e, details about the option periods in Texas and North Carolina. I also learned that when an agent is involved, in these two states, agents typically charge a non refundable fee for the option period. I don’t like surprises, so learning this was great! Each time I participate in these live wholesale trainings, I walk away with a better understanding as I am able to internalize the information more. And lastly, the session was interactive, allowed space for trainees to ask questions and get clarity. I am very thankful for these sessions.
