During the event I was concerned about spending 35k on a training program. Since week one Steve has been guiding and streamlining the process to the point of now, I have a full understanding of the value of the program. I realize there's still a lot to learn, however I feel confident the program is structured to achieve success, making it great. The three day course was presented in a helpful and professional manner; the speakers and presenter were very helpful. I recently spoke with Nisa Kadik, she provided all the information that I needed to get started, she laid out the process to access the learning material, and she has made herself available for future contact.

My concierge Steve has been great! He's extremely professional, and prompt with our appointments. He's also keeping my schedule full with the homework assignments that provide the knowledge and insights needed to manage your book of business.

The people in TLWB are all professional and helpful. At my age, I may not remember everything from a coach session re TO DO's, which aggravates me, so be it. I'm familiar with oleTime MLS books but doing it all on the computer, a lit'l different, I'm afraid I'll run out of coaching sessions before I gain the needed knowledge necessary to work on my owm. My planned time to allocate to TLWB has been interrupted by computer issues, medical emer, Jail ministry @ Dallas County ail, Charity Servives which has been expenential (sp) beyond my expectations, & more. Our concierge, Nisa Kadic has been our go-to person at TLWB. She has been very helpful and always available. She has been able to answer questions and send recordings of the weekly classes. She calls every week to make sure everything is on track.

My coach Joe and TLWB have been so great! I learn something new every time I get into a call. I am so grateful for the new knowledge and perspective from this group. The software they provide is extremely helpful as well. I am so glad I joined this group!

Brennen, is a true professional, very enlightened and knowledgeable. The step by step explanation of everything he touched on sank in so easily. I am a very careful person. Everyone I have met from the beginning of the process throughout my training experience has been great! my Concierge Nisa Kadic has been especially helpful! There is a lot to learn and at times I have felt anxious and overwhelmed with it all, I'm not a spring chicken. Nisa has encouraged me every step of the way and given me tips and extra training. Her positive attitude and encouragement has helped me so much! I am so excited about all I'm learning!

My experience with Pam Ross has been really good, however two sessions is not enough to gasp the entire aspect of wholesale, she has taught me a great deal and there is so much more to learn on collecting buyers list, making my first purchase, etc. She is the coach for me and she understands what ai need and she explains it in a way for me to catch it and run with it. Derek was exceptional to work with. He shared a ton of knowledge and made it all very understandable. He was very clear on what was most important and what should be prioritized. Tax Lien Wealth Builders has a good real estate program and Coach Pam Ross was very thorough with her instructions.
