Attended a three-day introduction in Sept 2024 where Jay presented a lot of "introductory" information, along with a no-pressure sales pitch (thank you, Tony R). Once enrolled in a program, you're assigned a concierge (Steve W) who meets with you weekly to ensure you review the "homework" needed to begin your real estate investment journey and answer any questions. Steve encouraged me to read and understand the content in preparation for the upcoming two day "Immersion" class. Thanks, Steve, for keeping me accountable and committed to this new endeavor.

I had the privilege of working with Derek over the past 8 weeks to deepen my understanding of tax lien and tax deed investing. I really learned a lot more in this Immersion class than I expected! On the first day, I realized how much more there is to learn and apply in order to be successful with this business. I was able to attend the Immersion Mastery 2 day Course with my wife and the presenter Irving Moya was very engaging allowing me to feel comfortable with making mistakes then reguiding my thought process which allow me more clarity to understand what I was doing. I was also very fortunate to have Jeremy Isles there as a bonus to delve us further into the real estate aspect strategies which further solidify my understanding. But the greatest asset I felt was the feeling that they truly wanted to help me.

Very reliable

The company is good but I need more time to study to get used to the systems.

I unfortunately did not know how long the pre recordings are as they are quite lengthy and as someone who doesn't have the most time in a day I definitely struggle with this. There's multiple videos but they're each quite long. So far it has been good, just can't wait to get through the hour lecture videos and start learning hands on since I'm a hands on visual learner. I wish there was a community where all the members can chat and be used as support, motivation and more knowledge. My concierge is Steve and he definitely does his best trying to always work with my schedule.

I’m grateful for Coach Pam Ross. I gained much knowledge and wisdom from her shared experiences in wholesale. Her style of teaching was easy to understand.
