Great "Market Insider" session with Coaches Ryan Jackson and Eric Lloyd. It wasn’t a typical class about just real estate but on a macro level a discussion about the things that impact all of our lives today. The supply and demand of homes, mortgage rates, inflation, interest rates, as well as, regional markets, unemployment, and where people are migrating to and from. A fascinating discussion and approach to how we can invest now and how we can project ahead in building generational wealth.

The breath of knowledge of all the individuals that I have the opportunity to work with has been amazing. Steve has been the very helpful in answering my questions and reminding me to have patience and build my knowledge before jumping in. I had my one on one coaching sessions with Kenzie Kessler with Tax Lien Wealth Builders and thought the sessions were much better than I expected. Kenzie covered a lot of material and was very clear providing direction working through both the tax lien and deed investment process. Kenzie was patient and great answering questions and making sure I was following along. I highly recommend taking advantage of the one on one coaching sessions, have any questions ready ahead of time. Kenzie makes herself available for follow up questions and also provides additional resources and templates to work with.

Just Having someone with you helping and guiding you through the steps is awesome. It gets intense at some points but it's nice to have your coach there to regroup you and set you back on the right track. Focus

I found Ms.King very upbeat. Her demeanor gave me the impression that my onboarding was more that just a job to her. She was very patient and opened to questions. She was not hesitant to answering questions even when asked more than once.

Concierge department is very reliable, when I have to contact her if she can't answer at that moment, she returns the call as soon as she is available. Nisa Kadic, my concierge has a very kind soft voice and always striving to do more for me.

During the month of June, my training with Bill Smith was excellent. New members also have additional support with purchases, whether its Fixer upper, tax lien or purchase to lease. This help builds the level of trust and belief in the system. I will also say, they have a team of leaders who actually care about their members.
