Cover inserts took 6 weeks to arrive. Didn't call me back with ETA after asking twice and on week 5, I managed to speak to a lady who still couldn't tell me when I might get them and didn't seem at all bothered. I said I couldn't run a business like this.

Extremely rude and condescending customer service manager After a month of not receiving my order I was treated very rudely by the customer service manager. Apparently their courier tried to deliver 3 times however never left a card and I was rudely told that it was my fault and would have to either pay for redelivery or wait to prove a card had been left!!!! Needless to say I have cancelled the order and would never use them again.
I needed advice before buying and the lady I spoke to was really helpful. She helped me choose the right product and even after it arrived, when the manufacturer’s instructions were confusing, I called and again she helped me. I will return as a customer.
