Sunny was quick and easy. I haven't had a problem with them but I think if I did they would help me out as much as possible. I would recommend them to someone if they needed .

Refuse to respond to emails, say they can't deal with you on the phone - im owed thousands in redress according to the Ombudsman and im constantly ignored

Sunny were very easy to deal with. I like that you could check to see if you could apply first without it affecting your credit score. They make the repayments easy and the interest is actually a lot lower than other small amount lenders so its pretty good value too. They have really helped me out this month and I'm glad they were around when i needed them. I would definitely recomend them.

Applying for a loan from Sunny was very easy and didn’t take long at all. The communication with their staff was excellent, particularly when you consider the difficulties businesses are facing at the minute. I won’t hesitate to use their services again in the future.

Reference: 5017276/076679 I submitted a complaint 27/01/20. I received an email not upholding my claim on 12/03/20, but offering me just shy of £1100, to be paid within 30 days. I accepted the same day. 22/03/20 I asked if the coronavirus would affect my payout. 23/03/20 I was told no, payment would be made within 30 days of my acceptance email (12/03) It's now 12/04/2020, 31 days since I accepted. Still no refund. Complaints department clearly don't take you seriously.

I accepted your offer , sent bank details , was 30 days that was on sat 11th april , emailed i was emailed back saying it had been processed 8th April , today is 16th April still not received , ive emailed a few times this week no response . Upto waiting to receive refund i was pleasantly surprised how smooth it had gone and was really pleased how it had been handled . Would just like some communication from them !

A large number of loans given with no checks, complaint made 6 months ago, which was rejected, went to the FOS and the adjudicator has agreed and gave sunny until 3rd April to respond as if yesterday they have not. In a time when work has been stopped and finances are tough I feel that this shouldn’t have taken 6 long months

Dont get sucked in. They Lend irresponsibly and offer no support when times get tough, honestly if you can avoid using this mob then please do.

I have had a complaint open with this company for over 4 months now, very slow to respond to initial complaint and to adjudicator, be careful if using this company (or companies like this) as its very easy to get caught up financially and wont offer any support when you launch an affordability complaint

Submitted a complaint with Sunny for irresponsible lending after they provided me multiple loans back to back which clearly showed I was struggling to manage my money. Sunny replied saying they did not agree and I then contacted the financial ombudsman who looked at the details and agreed that Sunny should not have made the final 6 loans that they issued me and that they should refund all interest from these loans plus 8% statutory interest and remove any entries on my credit file relating to these loans. Some time has passed now yet they have made no effort to remove these entries which are having a serious impact on my credit score. I would urge anyone who feels they are stuck in a cycle of loans with this or any other payday lender to take a look at the advice available online to help yourself out of their debt.
