Absolutely the worst company to deal with and continuously flaunt the rules and regulations set out by the Ombudsman. Have had a complaint about unaffordable lending since December 2019. Ombudsman ruled in my favour and they just ignore deadlines and correspondence from both myself and the ombudsman, while telling you that your late on your payments even though they've been told the were missold ! Forget emailing them the don't bother answering. Update: Rejected the adjudicators recommendation, and rejected to settle the case, dragging it out now for a full decision with an Ombudsman.

Made an unaffordability complaint which was not upheld. Claim sent to FOS and adjudicator agreed I should not have been given certain loans and requested Sunny repay interest + 8%. Gave Sunny a week to respond. Obviously Sunny couldn't be bothered responding to FOS as myself or adjudicator have not had any response whatsoever! Absolutely disgusting customer service, avoid this company! Case is now being prepared for the Ombudsman who I hope takes them to the cleaners. Sunny got me further into debt by being an irresponsible lender. I paid back month after month of their repayments and missed the last payment of £25 and forgot I owed it. I have now checked my file to find a big default has been placed there - over £25! When I repaid them £100s in interest. I am disgusted they have done this. They feed on the vulnerable and prey on the weak.
After a 7 months complaint and the FOS adjudicator providing guidenance to Sunny about how to resolve my complaint (based upon FCA guidelines) which I would have been happy with. I receive any update from Sunny that after 3 weeks they have replied to the FOS. Their update was that they do NOT agree with the adjudicator, so I personally read that as they do NOT agree with FCA guidelines and they offered a much smaller refund value, this has been rejected and now it goes to the Ombudsman to provide final guidenance, at least Sunny can't reject their view but I am sure they will create something else to blame their delays on. I have dealt with a number of PDL companies and this business is truly the worse, please support me and other people in this difficult situation of delays and proactive stress laid upon customers and DONT use this company, there are far better and socially responsible companies out there. Job for tomorrow is to follow up feedback request from the FCA.

To be honest at first i thought they were good. Quick and easy cash. However i had 3 loans open with them at one point and it became unaffordable. I got help off a family member and was able to clear these off. I later put in an affordability complaint to them which they dismissed so i raised this with the ombudsman. An adjudicator has gone in my favour for the last loan they supplied me and recommended they repay me the loan back as well as 8% interest from when i paid until the complaint is settled. They have until the 12th of May to respond.....Looking at the comments looks like i will have to remain patient before i get any response or repayment of this. However i will happily keep racking up the 8% interest. FOS REF: PNX-3602994-P7P7

Still waiting for my refund. Have moved onto the next stage of emailing directors of elevate credit, just to bring to light the bad customer service from its employees.
After waiting for over 12 months due to a complaint about irresponsible lending and it getting sent to the FOS I am still awaiting my redress redund . I have even taken to contacting the MD and the complaints manager who asked for my new bank details and I am still waiting on confirmation of them receiving them and when my 're dress will be paid . All this has caused me stress , anxiety , depression and has put me on medication , I cannot even answer my own phone without suffering from panic attacks! The FOS has asked for all correspondence to be done through email due to this . What else do you need from me ?? Blood ?
