Great service until delivery. We had arranged a delivery day i expected to product to be delivered to my property and unloaded onto my driveway. I was told it was my responsibility to get the product of the lorry and I would need a forklift. When a company say they can deliver I expect it to be delivered, not turn up on a lorry and they expect you to unload. I was then told it was all in the small print.

The door was the wrong size to the dimensions I provided so we had to make up a closing piece to infill the gap between the frame and the existing building.

I have dealt with Strongdor for 5 years now and their product is in my opinion, the best out there . The sales team know there product inside out and turnaround is very good for a bespoke product. I wouldn’t shop elsewhere .
