The doors are good quality but unfortunately were manufactured 10mm smaller than given dimension and one door had marks where packaging had been applied before the paint was dry. However, Stongdor have agreed to pay for remedial costs so we are satisfied.

Worked with Strongdor for many years as our steel door set supplier. Lead times are quick and we always get a delivery date the following day from sending order across. Engineers have no issues when fitting the doors. Quotes are received quickly.

Great product and easy to install. Excellent communications from start to finish. My door was made quickly and exactly how I wanted it. It was delivered well protected and exactly when promised.
Poor experience with lead sales engineer from start of project. 1No. Door arrived with incorrect measurements despite myself confirming in writing on multiple occasions, disappointing to have to check, re check and check again just to make sure measurements correct. 1No. Door arrived with Briton closer installed upside down. No touch up paint arrived with either doors in order to make good any minor marks from installation. Issues were identified by different team members to which went some way to solving our issues, the only reason i haven't given 1 star or less...

First class service from design to delivery , when a customer asks for a door with an SR rating of 3/4 in 10-14 days Strongdor is the place to go ! Strongdor even called me a week or two after install to ensure the client and myself was happy. Wouldn't go anywhere else !
