Speed of production & delivery process was spot-on, the only reason this is not a 5 is that we had a steel door c/w side panel window ordered, there was installation tolerance on the door, not no tolerance given on the side panel which meant we had to adjust/trim the clients opening to get the window to fit. Surely if install tolerance is allowed on the door, then the same tolerance should be allowed on the side panel. Otherwise really good outcome.
