I ordered an Olde York 1.8m half circle patio kit-worn limestone. The description stated that it offers a rustic, timeworn profile based on that of the original weathered york flagstones. The accompanying photograph matched the description. The actual cast concrete slabs had a bright white coating, nothing like the description. I rang customer services and was informed the slabs would change colour over time. The slabs must be handled very carefully or pieces break off leaving the concrete interior visible. The service was good the packaging and delivery were good.
Good website. Delivery ahead of forecast date. Delivery company first class and driver called to recheck where he should leave the pallet.
Great company, very quick to despatch, the courier was a bit slow, had to ring up after a week to get a delivery date, the driver was great put the item just wear we wanted it. The seat is great in the garden. Looked at many seats, there seat was the best value for money
