Happy overall with the service and product. There was delay in delivery, checked and was offered explanation, and urgent deliver. This too was missed by one day. Items look good except one of the balls that has marks, may have to paint over or may clear off with a jet wash.
The balaustrade pillars I ordered look good quality, arrived well packaged and undamaged, so a well satisfied customer.

We had a phone call to confirm what day was convenient for us to receive delivery of our stone bench seat on a pallet. However, unfortunately it wasn't delivered on the day agreed, but the following day. The person I spoke to. when ordering some paving slabs, was very helpful. Although the delivery was due in 3 weeks, the slabs were delivered in 2 days. These were well packed, no damage to the slabs. The order arrived correct, complete and undamaged. No prior notification was given, however, as to the timing of the delivery and no opportunity was offered for me to be able to communicate my preferred drop off location. In the event the pallet was left by the side of the road with no call made to notify me of the delivery, which I only became aware of a few hours later.
Delivered before time by a helpful driver. Well packaged and in perfect condition. Can recommend.
