had trouble with install of washing machine, the washing machine had a very bad vibration on spin mode. The shop sent a 2 man team out to rectify the problem who told me they need to send a further team who have more experience in this install, he told me he has only been with the company 2 years!!. I again telephoned the Brentwood shop and spoke to the manager who told me if he had known the machine was based in a unit he would not have installed it. The original team who did the install visited my home and told me they can not do any thing about the vibration and just left with no explanation how to fix the problem. NOT A GOOD SERVICE FROM STELLISONS AFTER SPENDING OVER A £1,000 ON A NEW MIELE WASHING MACHINE
We went to buy a fridge freezer which needed to be a specific size to fit in our kitchen and we had struggled to find one. There wasn't a suitable sized model on display. The salesperson took their time to find exactly what we needed online from the manufacturer. The fridge freezer was delivered as planned. Everything went smoothly. We have bought three kitchen appliances from Stellisons. The staff are always really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and their delivery and installation services are great. I am happy to recommend them.

Called Stellisons to repair a Mele washing machine. They charged £99 for a call out and told me to order some parts direct . I paid for the parts an engineer from Stellisons came out again after spending a long while he informed me he didn’t know what’s wrong and was going to phone Mele . Times up for this bunch GOODBYE STELLISONS . Would not recommend to anyone !
