I am very pleased with the service that I got from Stellisons. It was good to be able to speak to a knowledgeable staff member to book a delivery slot for my item which was delivered exactly as expected. The drivers called ahead so that I could be at the tenanted property to take delivery which is not an option with other stores. The delivery team were professional and helpful.The whole experience was smooth and ran without any problems.

Fridge delivered 27 February but with dent in door. Accepted delivery as driver said they would get a new door out to us "in a couple of days". Seven weeks later and nothing has happened. Being told they are "dealing with it" by online sales staff on my many phone calls (plus more unanswered calls that then get diverted to a store who cannot help with online sales) and my complaint via their website and request for a refund have not even been acknowledged.

Fantastic service, early delivery, unpacked and packaging taken away, and free scrap collection curtesy of Bosch.
Once again we used Stellisons in Benfleet and once again we were served well. We ordered a new Bosch 10kg series 6 washing machine, which came with a 5 year Bosch guarantee, to replace our 15 month old Beko washing machine (bought brand new in January 2023) that had gone wrong for the THIRD time! in 15 months, so this is now with the scrap man. We ordered the competitively priced Bosch on a Saturday afternoon and it was in my utility room by Monday mid morning. You can't get better service than that (plus delivery was free). BTW the Bosch works great and is pretty quiet in operation. We can highly recommend Stellisons in Benfleet (this is the 4th appliance we have ordered from them in recent years).
