Excellent service, very reliable efficient friendly staff, made us aware of any damage scuffs etc before making any removals, very good price, recommended via a friend so hopefully this post will lead to further work for this deserved company. We moved from a flat with garden and shed and trampoline etc to a house. Happy to take referral calls if required.

The Star team were punctual, efficient, friendly and good value They made moving house a lot less stressful. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Company was responsive from initial contact, arranging video survey, answering questions via email etc. Quote was reasonable and whilst not the cheapest, it was competitive. On the day of packing two chaps arrived first thing and worked hard through the day to pack and prepare everything for the following day. They were friendly and fast. On the day of the move, the house was emptied by four me. With two vans on time. They were fairly good with being careful and flagged any damage they saw to ensure it was logged (and they could not be blamed). This attention to detail, while telling, was sensible and reassuring. They went out of their way to help when moving into the new house, moving things between rooms, hoisting furniture through upstairs terrace door (with step ladder and rope!) when the stair case was too narrow, reconstructing a sofa a second time in good grace when I pointed out an error. I’ve held off writing the review to ensure I’ve found any breakages or issues. In short, some but less than you might expect. A few broken le crusset dishes unfortunately, and a few knocks to furniture, but nothing major. I consider it a success! In terms of tidiness, not bad, but not perfect. Solid job and I’m pleased for the price.

Stars Removal have just packed up our home in London and moved us out to Hampshire. They were all so friendly and lovely to work with. They worked incredibly hard and amazingly quickly, taking great care in packing our belongings and making sure they got to our new home safely. I would highly recommend them to anyone moving house, they were brilliant. They even took apart all our beds and furniture and rebuilt them all for us at the new house. I litterally called them at 4pm for a removal at 7:30 afrer the previous company let me down. They booked me instantly and their service was amazing. The guys were very handy and kind. I didn't have to lift anything.. I will recommend 100%

I was very very happy with service that I recieved for this company and from the guys who came ro move me. Two 5.5 vans and four guys, right from the start, they were extremely professional, cheerful and helpful.They were also very patient as they needed to wait around for the house sale to complete. Yasir arranged two person to show up instead of one as we agreed for no extra charge! The movers were very professional and the whole job was done in 3 hours! I had a lot of boxes to move (more than previously expected) and the general service was perfect. 5 stars very deserved!

Incredibly quick, efficient and pain free removal process which involved moving the entire contents of a 4 bedroom house into a top floor flat, with no lift available. The team were friendly and attentive to my belongings. A first class service which I would highly recommend.

Second time using this team and on both occasions they were accommodating, responded quickly, punctual and completed all the work quickly. Furniture was wrapped and after they moved everything to the new place they made sure to ask us exactly how we wanted our furniture arranged and did it accordingly (they also covered the floors to avoid any damage). From the beginning Stars Removals were helpful and accommodating. They did not oversell themselves and was not as pushy as the other companies I contacted. They visited our four bedroom house to give us a quote, which was very competitively priced. Ali answered my phone calls and emails quickly and was always positive when I was not sure of the day of completion. On moving day Daniel, Ashley, Ahmed and Shaaz arrived on time. They were efficient and loaded the vans quickly. They arrived at our new home (thirty five miles away around the M25) ahead of us and although they had to wait for two hours for the keys to be released, they did not complain. Once in, they again unloaded our furniture quickly and put the items that they dismantled back together again without any problems. Don't be put off by their competitive price, I would fully recommend them for your move.
