Had someone come to our house to survey and take note of what we required moving (just heavy items and dismantling and reassemble of beds), rest of the move was being completed by us. Competitive price received. Get to the day of the move, the team arrived on time, they were told not to dismantle or reassemble, despite me requesting this. Bulky items that were included in the quote were left in the old house and had to be moved by us. Ended up paying them but doing it ourselves

Overall a great experience moving with Stars Removal. Having got quotes from several companies (national and based in London), I found them the most responsive and patient. On the moving day, the movers are fast and polite. Although there were some hiccoughs they were quick to sort out the problem.
