Fantastic company! Was skeptical at first as out of 4 quotes i received from other firms Stars came in HALF THE PRICE, which makes you wonder! However, from first contact Ali was great - they came round to give a proper estimate, rather than the 'video estimates' most give. Ali was helpful and patient (even when i actually forgot to confirm the move date!, he was still un phased!) A lovely chap came to drop boxes off 7pm on a Friday which i thought super helpful! Day of the move the team arrived promptly and set to it - by 11.30am they were finished, 2 vans packed up with speed and efficiency. The 3 guys were super friendly, smiley and accommodating, despite my faffy stress, they were calm and reassuring. Moved from London to Kent - i arrived at the new house and the team were waiting. They unloaded with the same enthusiasm, speed and efficiency as they had packed - and were smiley throughout. I absolutely would thoroughly recommend these guys - seriously lovely, professional, helpful and lovely! Oh, and have now unpacked and not a thing broken. Great experience from start to finish.

My situation below mentioned has changed significantly today. Ali and Amir pulled the strings and all issues with my move now resolved amicably and I’m satisfied with the outcome. I highly recommend the company for your move and I believe the team used for my move are facing disciplinary. Thank you Ali and Amir. I moved house yesterday. Ali is a good communicator but his team failed abysmally with my move which further exacerbated my moving stress. Despite all boxes being labelled as well as rooms labelled, one matress was left at old house, wardrobe labelled to be assembled in a bedroom dumped in garage. All toiletries dumped in already packed full garage so no toothbrushes nor shower gels etc on day after move. Essential beddings were also dumped in said garage so we had no beddings. It felt like Ali’s team couldn’t read labels on boxes marked for individual rooms and the rooms were clearly labelled. I sent Ali photos of the mattress left behind in old house. Overall an awful experience and I have a disability so can’t move stuff. To date, communicating with Ali has not been productive. The wardrobe dumped in garage still in fully packed garage as well as all the essentials. I paid good money for heavy furniture to be dismantled and assembled and so far no solution

From start to finish, Ali and his team provided an exceptional service. They made the process of moving home so much easier, removed the stress for us and were so very helpful. On the day, the team moved our furniture with such care and speed. Over and above, they were very kind, helpful and efficient. Such great value for the price - they came in the most affordable too! Ali was great with organise our van, very reasonably priced. Amid our driver was amazing and guided us on how to load our van to maximise the space and he’s a really good laugh too. Would absolutely use this company to move again.

We were quoted a fair price and the team had delivered on what was quoted. The team arrived on time and were very pleasant. Rana was a great leader and nothing was too much trouble. Paulo was very considerate about all our belongings. They were able to get the job done earlier than we initially anticipated (even though we had to wait for a while to collect the keys) Thank you so much team for doing such an amazing job!! Communication in the lead up to the moving day was excellent. Ali was polite and professional and very easy to deal with. The team doing the moving work on the day disappointed me a bit though - wardrobes which were only slightly damaged were considered too difficult to dismantle. I had arranged the council to pick up one wardrobe and bed, but the movers added two extra large wardrobes to that when they dismantled them and broke the fixing points. I therefore agreed to have them dispose of all of these things as the council had only been booked for one bed and wardrobe - not these additional two. Paying for disposal of wardrobes I thought would be moved to the new house, plus the extra cost I will now have to replace them is really annoying. Other than that, they were OK. They were patient having to wait while the previous owner of my new house took hours to clear out their stuff and didn't try to charge waiting fees or anything.

Overall communication with Ali was great and team were very good. We opted for the full packing service the day before our move with boxes supplied. The quotation was based on a video recording and very fast and competitive. Similarly I was initially concerned with a lack of recent reviews but the whole Star team worked very hard and the day went very smoothly despite the distance moving from London to Hampshire.
