Great, quick service
DPD delivery was hopeless. Waited in all day on day of promised delivery. Looking at the map of the location of delivery van it was then obvious that we would not get it that day. Late evening I was messaged to tell me my delivery would be the next day…between 7 am and 11 pm. I gave up and decided not to wait in (and cancel the order if it did not ‘appear’ while we were home….which luckily it did! Great product and I guess great service at your end no doubt. Seriously let down by hopeless service from your delivery agent (DPD).

Sense of dread when I discovered that Spirits Kiosk use DPD for deliveries - their service in this area is dire! Sure enough, deliveries arrived from DHL and UPS today, but DPD missed me, taking a photo of a garden gate 500 metres away. DPD customer service was, as usual, rather ineffective as the South Shields depot ignores problems, app updates and photos provided of our huge property. Contacted Spirits Kiosk - what a difference. George was great - he checked the address, found us on Google Maps and recognised that DPD had relocated us away from our main road site to the centre of a small estate 500 metres away. He contacted, DPD, provided a Google Maps link for our true location and a mobile number if DPD still had problems. George managed to achieve what no-one else has in 3 years! DPD returned, a phonecall was received from the courier and an explanation given (again) about the appalling software and mapping provided by DPD for their couriers. Excellent! By the way, the order was fulfilled - superbly packaged and swiftly dispatched. My thanks to George for going above and beyond... ...and to Spirits Kiosk for the great service.

Ordered as a Christmas present, 16/12. Delivery company DPD said they had tried to deliver three times, which they did not, as we have ring doorbell and people were in. Drink did not turn up until 28/12.so no present to give for Christmas Day 😩. Rang spirt kiosk before Christmas, they were not interested and didn’t care. Poor customer experience
