Price of items and very fast delivery
The Spirits Kiosk website was really easy to use. My purchase came quickly and was packaged with care. The best thing was that the price was cheaper than all the other sites I visited. Will be ordering from them again now that dry January is over :)

Great service as always. A drink I had ordered was out of stock, they promptly got in touch with me and offered a refund or a suggested replacement for the drink missing (replacement more expensive) at no extra cost. The other drink I had ordered arrived on time and the replacement only a couple of days after that. The customer service is amazing and the person who contacted me via email was so lovely and helpful. I love using this site. It's fast and efficient and easy to use. Prices are fair and delivery prompt. I've yet to have a problem with them. It's all well packaged. You can't go wrong using them.
As well as being a great website, it was such a refreshing change from many these days to be able to phone and speak to a live, human being when I had a query. In the end, I had to make several calls - not their fault - and everyone I spoke to was so friendly and helpful. Great service, highly recommended.

Good selection and good prices. However their delivery partner, DPD, failed to follow my instruction to leave the parcel in my "safe place" when I was not at home. I regularly have wine and spirits delivered by other carriers who have no issues with following my instructions, which I leave prominently displayed by my doorbell when I go out. For this reason I will not order from Spirits Kiosk again.
