Contacted them as i needed an urgent pick up that day. Found them to be fast efficient and really customer focused. Was really impressed at how well they did. You don't often get that level of service. Thank you to all involved especially the driver who was sent on the job.

Smooth and easy despite my complicated instructions

Appalling service. Booked the urgent service which states collection within 60 minutes. The driver arrived after 60 minutes. No update on progress or allocation of a driver despite me calling twice. I then cancelled (prior to driver arriving on site and having had NO notification of driver being en route or allocated) and they withheld 50% refund. They then claimed the driver was only 5 minutes away. Had I known this I would not have booked the alternative courier. When using the tracking button the status of my order was never changed. They did not seem to understand their own cancellation policy, and had their own interpretation of this. Using colour coding of red, amber, green to categorise cancellations, which is perfectly reasonable and fair. But this cannot be used if the client is unaware of the changes to the categorisation or does not have any notification of driver allocation. I cancelled my driver expecting a full refund under the expectation my status was still 'green', however, to then suddenly be told as I am cancelling the status was 'amber' and driver was 5 minutes away is not fair on the consumer. If they provided a decent service with updates throughout this could be mitigated and ensure their cancellation policy is valid.

Booked a courier for 11am, rang to check on it at 1030 to be told a driver wasn’t assigned yet and they couldn’t give me any time frame whatsoever as to when it would be picked up. So I then moved the booking to after 3 as the person collecting from couldn’t sit around all day waiting for someone to maybe turn up. They then tried to charge me a change fee for changing the booking time!!! After a few more hours I had to cancel as there was still no driver, all in all a disaster and will never use again.

Our delivery was late due to the time of delivery (rush hour) - would be really good if you could confirm drivers mobile so that you can contact them for an update. Trying to get through after 5pm to your landline which after holding 25 mins was never answered

Fantastic Service! We had an urgent delivery that was held up with another delivery service company for over a week. We had a very frustrated customer awaiting their delivery. Speedy SameDay went in, collected from the other delivery company and delivered to our customer within 2 hours. Communication and customer service was outstanding. Fantastic service for a very reasonable price. Effortless from start to finish, booked online, received an email confirmation, Courier arrived, collected parcel and it was with the recipient over 100 miles away later that day.

I left my passport at home (stupid moment). I was stuck without getting it down to me in Southampton docks from Cheshire. No problem Speedy same day courier sorted it for me. They were excellent. Customer care wise they were top drawer and the driver kept me updated with his progress. Got my passport well in time to avoid disappointment. I would definitely recommend you use them if you have a brain fart like I did.
