This is the first time we have used Speedy SameDay Courier and we cannot be any happier with the friendly service from speed of the delivery was first class. This allowed us to provide the first class service we pride ourselves in Bought Glass at 1pm in Rochdale the courier was then booked we had the glass in Glasgow 41/2hrs later Fantastic!!!

I booked the job on behalf of a vendor who was at a different address than what we had on the system. The difference between the job was £16 had it been booked that way on the relevant portal however they are trying to charge me a further £30 + VAT. Also booked a motorcycle courier to ensure it go back to the destination before 5pm however they sent a van (not what i ordered) it arrived at the relevant place after hours and the person had to wait around for the document. I am disappointed as have used this service a few times before with no issues

Unfortunately my experience was negative. I left a small item at work which required my office to book a courier to get it to me living approx 1.5hrs away. Speedy Sameday accepted the booking, took the money (and afterwards asked for an extra £15 to cover the London toll charge)....then approx. 10mins later, they sent an email cancelling the booking as no drivers available. CHECK DRIVER AVAILABILITY BEFORE ACCEPTING A BOOKING 😡

I needed a package very urgently for a special birthday present on Monday (having realised mid-morning it was with my neice who lives 100 miles away, instead of at home as I had thought!!). I was incredibly impressed with the same day service, which was collected at the time I had booked and arrived safely with me in very good time. The van driver was extremely pleasant and friendly as well. Well done and Thank You!

Not a great experience. I was charged for ULEZ, £12.50 + VAT, even though the scooter is not liable for the ULEZ charge. I did call to ask if this was an error, but was told they charge it regardless of the vehicle “just in case” and “it’s in the terms and conditions”. I won’t use them again.

30 minutes late for pickup and I have been on hold for 20 minutes, slightly surprised that they are called Speedy!!

Called to make a booking, was sent a payment link and within the hour the courier had collected and was on his way!!! Speedy by name, speedy by nature! My daughter left her passport at Uni and we were leaving that same day! Panic averted! Great service, would definitely recommend!

The driver tried to steal my parcel

they got the date wrong despite me discussing the urgency with the call handler EWebsite booking isn't easy too small boxes and not easy to use. Call handler uninterested When I complained they weren't interested. Speedy slow coach and crap more like Im now waiting for my money to be returned
