Geoff, Sam & Paul were attentive at all times when we auditioned a streamer. They then made a home visit to install the player. Customer service is at the heart of Soundcraft Hi-Fi, and everything they do.

Great personal experience from Paul who set up a trial with the Linn Majik LP12 turntable. A fast turnaround from Linn who supplied in just over two weeks, then setup and preparation in the Soundcraft workshop. The products were collected in 3 weeks from order. Magnificent sound from system.

Serviced and upgraded my LP12, then supported me in building a bespoke sound system to suit my pocket and matching my high spec sound system demands. I bought our old 1970s turntable in to see if it was feasible to get going as had been an important part of my husbands life many years ago . Jeff was amazing , he looked at it straight away while I was there and showed me some of the problems , which he hoped were fixable . He fixed it ! The same day ! Purchased a Jbl amp from these guys and it turned up next day as promised. Enquired about a Rel sub and they went the extra mile explaining the virtues of the various models. Nothings to much trouble for them. Good old fashioned service.

My LP turntable developed a hum. Soundcraft HiFi were very helpful by phone, giving advice on what to check. Having checked everything, and still with a hum, I took the turntable in for assessment. Instant diagnosis: the tonearm needed rewiring, by Rega in Southend. Soundcraft organised all of this quickly and let me know once the turntable was available for collection. It now works without any hum, and my LPs can be enjoyed once more. Great service!

I phoned up soundcraft and spoke to Paul about purchasing a Naim NDX.He said he would return my call before the end of the day.Paul returned my call within one hour with a price which I accepted, I paid for the item and collected it all within a three hour window the item was in mint condition and works a treat I'm well pleased with my purchase I haven't used soundcraft for a big purchase for a very long time but once again i am glad that I did and would recommend them they were very helpful and answered all my questions what more can you want.

Outstanding customer service from Paul and the team at Soundcraft! I bought a Rega Planner deck via their Amazon store and had some teething problems with it from the start… but it was intermittent so didn’t do anything about it. I eventually had enough and thought I’d be up for a bit of hassle and cost trying to get it fixed (due to my own fault it leaving it about a year). Not so! Paul immediately arranged for it to be picked up so he could diagnose the fault. Once diagnosed, Rega have a lifetime warranty and they replaced the drive motor, no quibble. Not only that, they refreshed all the other elements (cover etc) so it was as-new when returned 😃 Amazing! Nothing was too much trouble to try to help. Thanks again Paul!

Exceptional service! I had a Rega P6 with a fault after 4 years of ownership. Thanks to the whole team and Rega for repairing my turntable free of charge. Brilliant service!!

I'm a returning Soundcraft customer for at least 18 years, this year we have undertaken a major rolling replacement of our existing LINN and ARCAM audio equipment. Sales and service/installation support from knowledgeable dedicated family run business located in Ashford Kent, it has always been a pleasant experience speaking to the staff and the advice they can give to you, so good in fact I needn't look elsewhere. Impeccable assistance from Soundcraft and Installation Manager Paul Rawlings. Assisted me in obtaining new drivers for my B&W 802D. Guidance given to replace two drivers (left & right) to balance the sound, being that they are new and need to bed themselves in. I’m currently using low output (Watts) from My McIntosh amplifier so as not to drive them too hard at first. Well recommended company to deal with. Thank you Paul.

Welcoming, friendly and great advice. I just wanted some speaker cable made up but great advice to ensure I got what was optimal for my set up. Highly recommend Souncraft as a great local store that ensures you get what suits your needs.
