Having already had excellent customer service from Soundcraft in the past I now needed to replace my existing turntable. I received excellent advice from Sam on a couple of turntable options and we both decided that the Rega 3 50 year Anniversary Edition would suit my requirements. Sam then delivered the new turntable to our home and installed it while explaining how everything works. We then listened to a couple of tracks to make sure everything sounded fine and it absolutely sounded amazing! We cannot thank Sam enough for all of his help. He has such a passion and knowledge about the products he sells which in turn gives the customer confidence with their purchase. One VERY happy customer.

I have dealt with Soundcraft on 2 previous occasions and they have always given excellent service and competitive prices. This time they had my amp repaired for me and kindly lent me an amp. I was so pleased with the new one I traded in my repaired one for an excellent price. There was no pressure selling, the message being ‘take your time to compare and decide’. I am very pleased with deal and my new Rega amp.

I made a special journey to Soundcraft Hi-Fi to buy a Rega amp, and received brilliant service. I was given a tour of the shop and listening suite, shown many beautiful pieces of equipment (sadly I couldn't take them with me!), and all in all, had a thoroughly enjoyable and inspiring visit. I would wholeheartedly recommend this great shop to anyone, and I hope I'll be able to visit again sometime soon.

The team at Souncraft were fantastic from start to finish. Providing professional advice and helping a complete novice understand the systems. They were never pushy and it felt like they enjoyed the process as much as I did. Installation of the system was completed on the agreed date and time along with demonstration and instruction of the equipment. Would highly recommend anyone thinking of upgrading or investing in their first system to go and speak with the guys.

The best customer service is assured, I first bought a Linn Sondek LP12 here in 1979. Still performing well. Daniel is most knowledgeable on all aspects of Hi Fi equipment. A great shop that has a long history so you certainly know that the staff there know there stuff. Thanks to Daniel for all your e-mails and long chats on the phone making sure I was happy with my new amps. Nothing was too much trouble.

I visited Soundcraft at Ashford today for the first time with the intention of spending £20 on a Cork-IT turntable slip mat. They duly fetched and advised me to consider the Collaro, 5 times the price but with great reviews. Having recently bought a Michel Engineering Gyra SE, Gold Tone PH-10 phono stage, Rega Aethos amp and a pair of Acoustic Engineers ATC’s I thought it would be fun to challenge the Collaro to see if it could eek anything more out of an already mind blowing system. Well to my surprise it did! On “Tubular Bells” I gradually noticed a tightening up of the low end response and a subtle extra crispness at the high end. Miles Davies’ “Kind Of Blue” brings the band into my room on this system but I again detected a surprisingly extra liveliness across the entire spectrum particularly to the rhythm section and the alto sax which just flew with added intensity and a certain sonic confidence. Who’d have thought a 12” radius of wool could squeeze anything more out of an already mind blowing system but I am now seriously considering charging Steve Earle’s drummer on “Guitar Town” rent. In the final analysis this is £99 most agreeably spent.
