I was excited to try Soulful Food's fresh meals after reading so many good reviews about them online. I ordered 12 different meals and was really disappointed when only 10 of them arrived, even though I had been charged for all 12 and on the day of arrival I received a confirmation email that all 12 meals were on the way. Immediately I sent them an email to them to ask what had happened and to be refunded for the missing meals. It is almost two weeks later and I have heard absolutely nothing from them and cannot find any other way to get in contact.
Delicious food, ideal if there's just one of you eating vegan and very quick to prepare.

Have used Soulful Food three times now. We are trying to eat more plant based/vegan meals and we discovered Soulful pots. The flavours are amazing and a pot is plenty for a lunch. We have had issues with deliveries and a misunderstanding with orders but their customer service team dealt with the issues very quickly and kept us up to date. Would highly recommend. We found that stock in the big name supermarkets was inconsistent so its far easier to order the selection box directly from Soulful. Usually comes next day

Really delicious healthy food in minutes....what is there not to love! We are having a new kitchen installed and these meals have been a godsend, as at the moment we have no oven or hob to cook on. I will continue to buy them even when my new kitchen is finished!

I buy the one pot meals. They are a perfect size for lunches and quite filling. I have tried them all apart from the ones with quinoa, as I don't like it. They are really healthy and very tasty, just a few minutes in the microwave and you are good to go.
I was so looking forward to receiving my first order with you. The order went through and the payment was fine and I even got a confirmation email letting me know when the items would arrive. However the next day I received another email stating you don't deliver to my area and so you would be cancelling my much wanted order. Now I may live in the Highlands, and geographically the Highlands is still in mainland UK, so I don't understand why deliveries from your company can not be made to my area. I live 10 minutes away from the city of Inverness so I am still confused as to why we are penalised when it comes to trying to purchase goods that we would like, only to be let down by certain company's that do not have geographical knowledge of the UK. It;s a shame as your food items looked so appealing and I would like to think that after purchasing some of your items, I would have become a regular customer of yours.

I ordered a 7 day 'box'. The delivered box had 2 of the items where the top had been pierced so it was not handled correctly and I had no idea of the condition of the fresh food. One of the items , although it had a 'USE BY' date within a few days time was showing as 'inflated' so again I was not sure of the freshness. The other items were fine and I did enjoy those labelled as spicy. Therefore I was mainly disappointed with the fact that the handling and freshness of some items was not done properly, considering how much was paid.

I love these tasty and healthy meals I usually take one to work for lunch to be honest I haven’t tasted one I don’t like it’s a pity that supermarkets never stock the full range
Really delicious food wether you are vegan or not. Rush a quick pot to fill a hole. Better to put into a bowl a take some time, it is so good to eat food with a depth of flavour created with skill and quality ingredients.
